    We were a large party of 11 and the restaurant took really good care of us. We were in a smaller room with two large tables. We were at one table and another family was at another one. Noise was a bit high but not horrible. We ordered off of the banquet menu which was perfect. Everything was great! We really had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the food and service. Everyone took turns controlling the lazy susan.

    18% service charge was added "automatically" for four people on a weekday lunch. We were informed once the meal was over and the check arrived. Sleazy. Not going back

    Grandson chose this restaurant to celebrate his graduation. It was the perfect choice. Food was very good - we ordered family style and shared. Service was top notch. Weather was perfect for sitting outdoors. Ambiance lovely. Whole experience was perfect. Prices reasonable. I was impressed.

    We’ve been to Harbor View several times and the restaurant is consistently excellent for dim sum and service. It’s a very pleasant experience and the location is very nice.

    Terrible!! We sat outside for lunch and the staff were getting ready for an evening party- they were moving tables all around us and even asked to move our table while we were eating! Food was awful too! It seemed like they wanted us to eat quickly and leave!

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The staff was not welcoming at all. The host was very rude when seating us. The server was rushing to order the drinks before we could even sit down. The manager was rushing us to order everything at once and did not care to explain dietary restrictions. We had to ask for condiments and silverware, and that too seemed like a chore for them. My son did not get any water to drink the whole time there for dinner. The entire restaurant staff of 20-25 people were all having their dinner next to us and making us feel extremely uncomfortable and clearly did not want us there. The manager just asked us for payment while we were still eating and told us service charges are included , which we clearly didn’t get for a $100 dinner! The food was bad, service was bad and experience was bad!!! Definitely will not return again!!!

    Service was hectic and chaotic in a loud setting. Service was fine, but no hospitality...no conversation, no explanation...just order and drop by anyone and everyone that works here. Very efficient but very inpersonable. Food great...house sugar buns were bomb!.
