We booked a table for a large group including two young children. The restaurant was very accommodating and provided us seating in a somewhat secluded section of the restaurant. The service and food were excellent. Our waiter, Miguel, took care of all our needs. We will definitely be back!

It was mediocre at best. Food was so/so. Nothing special about food or service. Didn’t feel like authentic Italian food. We were celebrating birthday, which we notated, but nothing was mentioned. We had dessert at Barbusa instead. Bruschetta was a tomato paste, bread was soggy. Carbonara sat for too long before it was served.

The Lobster ravioli was superb. Nice serving size with at least 8 ravioli. Would be nice if they validated parking.

We were so excited to visit Vincenzo for their daily happy hour. We made a reservation right at 2:30 pm. We didn't have service until close to 3 pm. We ordered the spritz tower which was just as fun, and delicious, as it has looked in all the photos online! It was supposed to come with an order of bruschetta. The menu confirmed this. We never got that order of bruschetta, and actually never had our server come back ONCE to check on us, so we could ask him about that missing bruschetta and order more items. It was very busy but that doesn't excuse the poor service that we received. We saw our waiter with his backpack on leaving the restaurant as we sat there waiting and hoping that someone would even just bring us our bill so that we could leave too! We ended up having to ask the hostess for our bill and were told that the reason for our lack of service was because "they were in between shifts." At every other restaurant I've ever been to the leaving staff introduce you to the new staff who will be taking over serving you. Not at Vincenzo. The ambiance was great, had real Italy feels, but definitely not worth the horrible service that we received.

Server was a bit pushy / she kept asking for our order even though our guests had not arrived. Food was presented well but no outstanding flavor.

The food was very disappointing. We looked forward for the cheese wheel experience but they only had one option and it was very amateurs and not good pasta quality. The pizzas and the appetizer and the regular pasta were warm not hot and fresh and the overall experience was not great.
