Aimee Olexy and Stephen Starr's The Love is a bi-level sanctuary features 150 seats, split between the main dining room, sidewalk seating, and an upper-level loft. The restaurant is a spirited and carefree neighborhood café celebrating everyday American cuisine.     The Love provides an elevated dining experience yet it’s not stuffy or over the top. The food was delicious and the servers were engaging. Highly recommended.

    We were celebrating a milestone birthday and I have to say that the service was mediocre. Instead of taking our drink order together, he took one persons order and then left. I had to actually call him over to place my drink order. The bronzino was not very flavorful and overall was a disappointing experience

    We thoroughly enjoyed the full experience. We dined upstairs and were happy to find it quiet and comfortable. Our server Danielle was professional and pleasant. The portions are very generous. The bowl of delicious mushroom soup and burrata appetizer would feed 4! The scallops and shrimp w pasta were perfectly seasoned and prepared. It was my husband’s birthday and he enjoyed the complimentary chef’s treat and a serving of carrot cake. We highly recommend this establishment.

    The Love is easily one of my favorite restaurants! The food, the service, all TOP NOTCH! Brought the kids here for brunch and they even enjoyed it. If you can win kids over then you know it must be good. Jessica was my server and she was very pleasant and attentive. I had the shrimp and grits which were to die for! Very creamy and flavorful. The Caesar salad is always a great classic choice there and my daughter had the burger.

    What a fun and delicious evening at The Love in Philly! The branzino was beautifully presented, and the honey Lavender creme brulee was soooo good.

    Food was excellent and the service was the same. Noise was good at first but as restaurant filled up it became louder.
