Last night was amazing from right when you walkedin the host I think her name was Tracy was amazing had a table of 7 and she was moving tables around so we could have a great view! Roxy our server was amazing! Food was awesome waters were always filled up for us 😉Highly recommend.

Four of us dined during a visit to Palm Springs on the recommendation of a friend from L.A. who wanted us to have an extraordinary experience. It did not disappoint. All of the dishes were incredibly well done. I had the Seafood Stew and it was better than my former favorite restaurant dish, Scoma's cioppino. The scallops in the shell, calamari with wasabi aioli, and salmon were all hits. And, I must have eaten a whole loaf of the sourdough bread that was brought to the table, repeatedly. Can't say enough good things about Pacifica.

We dined there on a Thursday evening. Everything was fine but we did think it too a bit too long for our food to come out. We only ordered entrees and waited about 25 min for our dinner.

Something has changed at Pacifica Seafood. We always like to visit this restaurant when we are in Palm Desert. The menu and food was not the same quality. The menu had very few options. My husband ordered scollops for $24.00 and there was two small scallops on his plate and nothing more. I had a shrimp Louie. The shrimp were large and tough. I had to ask for dressing.

Great food and service. Also love the “future diners” menu. Our kids rarely order off the kids menu anymore and the small portions of the regular menu were perfect. We will definitely be back!

Food was excellent! Although service wasn't bad, it wasn't good either. It did not match the level of this highend restaurant. Seemed we were always waiting. Waiting for our drink and dessert orders to be taken, water glasses to be refilled, etc.

The service, food and ambience was excellent. However, when we arrived for our 7:00pm reservation, we were told that the wait would be 15 - 20 min. We understood and sat in the bar area. We waited 45 minutes for a table. We understand that patio dining is never guaranteed - but to tell us the wait would be significantly less than it was, and not check back with us with an update (we were seated right beside the hostess) was aggravating. The bar staff was very kind and helpful and the servers, once we were seated were amazing. Respectful communication by your front desk staff with your guests who are waiting is all that it takes to defuse a situation. Your servers and the quality of the food saved the day.

We had a fabulous time and the service with Santiago was 6 stars 🤩 we will be back regularly for the excellent menu as well 🤩
