Food was good, but took forever. We were seated at 6:40PM and didn’t get out of there until 9PM. We had two apps, a kids pasta and two entrees!

We dined early because of our last minute reservation so had the corner booth inside and the restaurant to ourselves. We ordered our favorites, the pea tendril salad, probably not for everyone, and the truffle pasta and the flounder with the lemon pasta which we split. Both were outstanding as usual. Our sparkling and lemon drop were a nice way to start and our server was great. We truly enjoy our time at Citrus when we’re visiting Vero.

We were greeted by a friendly host, who offered us a choice of tables, we chose to sit beach side in the sun… gorgeous view! Great service and absolutely delicious food! Highly recommended this restaurant!

Waited 1 hour and 37 minutes for our main course. Reading other reviews on trip advisor, seems this is a normal problem. Waitress told us when she asked the chef about our food his reply was “you’ll get it when you get it.” I’m sure they have a great work culture…right.
