The Native Foods Tasting Menu is crafted by Executive Chef Jack Strong, honoring Indigenous culinary traditions. Reservations must be made a minimum of seven days in advance. The food and beverage minimum for a Chef’s Table reservation is $1,500, plus automatic gratuity. To meet this minimum, we recommend a group size of six to ten guests. The PNW Seasonal Garden Tasting is a nine-course dining experience led by Chefs Andrew Toombs and Dan Henley, celebrating the Pacific Northwest’s seasonal bounty. This experience is 3 to 3.5 hours and $225 per person, with a minimum food and beverage charge of $1500.
