   This was our first time visiting this restaurant and I was looking forward to it because I’ve heard good things. When we got there and walked in, it was very loud. Thinking it might be quieter when we sat at our table was wrong, it was almost as loud as when you first walk in.  We ordered the 18oz Ribeye and the crab cake. My steak was warm at best and for $88, I was hoping for more flavor. The steak knife wouldn’t even cut the steak, I had to get a different knife. The crab cake had lots of small pieces of shell that you had to pick out. The Caesar Salad had stale croutons. Overall, very disappointed and probably won’t be going back. I could’ve gone Perry’s Steakhouse and had a much better steak for a lot less.

   Our server was the best! He was knowledgeable, attentive and had a great personality. We really enjoyed the food as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10.

   Reception was great when arriving. Initial service was good as well. Unfortunately, my steak was medium-well when I asked for medium-rear. After about 15 minutes, I had to get out of seat to track down the waiter and order a new steak. When my steak arrived my wife had finished eating.

   Wonderful experience with my family celebrating several birthdays. Highly recommend this restaurant. Our server was Christopher and he was wonderful and very attentive.

   I recently dined at Killen’s Steakhouse in Pearland and overall had a great experience. The service was warm and attentive, and most of the food was excellent — from the appetizers to the sides, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The only real food critique would be the steak itself. While cooked to the right temperature, it lacked the bold flavor I was expecting from a steakhouse of this caliber. As for the service, while our server was wonderful throughout the night, I was a bit disappointed by how the birthday celebration was handled. I made sure to note it on the reservation, and when it wasn't acknowledged during our visit, I asked the hostess if they had seen the note. She confirmed they had, but then came to our table and informed the server right in front of us by saying, “they’re celebrating a birthday.” This could have been handled more discreetly and professionally — it took away from what was supposed to be a special moment. Despite that hiccup, the ambiance and overall experience were enjoyable. I’d return, but I hope future special occasions are handled with a bit more care.

   It was a great experience! I had the filet mignon flight that was amazing and our waiter Randy paired it with a wonderful petite Syrah. The Mac and cheese was on point as were the potatoes with an egg.

    We enjoyed our server Christopher. He is kind and efficient and not a lot of yappy, yappy. We also enjoyed the new host, he’s Asian. Very polished, very well-spoken. We always love the sweet African American, hostess, too. Unfortunately, I have a degree in management and hospitality so, I NOTICE too much! I believe the food runners and the bus persons look discombobulated. They should smile more and not say things like, “No problem,” “It’s not a problem.” I’ve worked in every part of a restaurant AND luxury hotel. (Yes, I was even a dishwasher). Those small little “tasks” that these employees carry out, are vital to the experience. I wish Ronny or whomever, could take or show them a video of how seamless other restaurants carry this out.
