Standard Foods is a neighborhood grocery & restaurant with a mission to reintroduce people to the food, farmers and artisanal production methods of our region. The South’s rich, agrarian history has been lost in the push for mass-production & cheaper, faster ways to bring products to the market. There is a burgeoning group of farmers & artisans who have gone back to the old methods - & those who never left. We seek them out & give them a place to highlight their life’s work. The restaurant & market showcase the unparalleled quality of their products. Our wine list was created by Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer & features 50 wines under $50. Our bar program favors savory, seasonal cocktails & craft breweries from throughout the South.
