   not for asian night ... I went there 3 times over hte last 2 months and asian night was a bust.

   As always, wonderful food and service overall. Their papaya and crabmeat salad was unique and flavorful. Their pork buns are out of this world. We could have eaten a whole tray of them. The salmon with shredded brussels sprouts and butternut squash puree was cooked perfectly and the flavors went extremely well together. We will be back again soon!!

   We were surprised how busy it was on an off-season night, but had great service, a delightful meal, and a good bottle of red. We recommend that others try this very plain-looking outside, with a warm and hearty inside.

   Too loud! Otherwise great. We were celebrating the American burger and Highway's charcoal grilled burgers are probably the best in the Hamptons. With my New Year's resolution to eat less beef, perhaps Highway could consider offering one of the meatless burgers as well, served in the same style?

   Easily one of the best restaurants in the Hamptons. We've been with many different friends and everyone finds something to love. The service is impeccable as well.
