This is a unique, hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to make one of our most popular dishes, Big Martha's Pierogies! In this class you will be grouped with a maximum of ten people and will be receiving a Bedford embroidered apron to get the class started! You will be working with our Executive Chef, Vincenzo, while learning the step-by-step process of our famous Pierogies. On top of learning a cherished recipe of Martha Stewart, you and a guest of your choice, will have a VIP 4:00pm dinner reservation inside of our Brown Room. Included with your dinner, are two complimentary glasses of Champagne with our classic Caviar service. We can't wait to have you come learn and dine with us!

Wagyu filet was not worth the price - very little seasoning and undercooked. Smashed baked potato was nothing special and presentation was nothing more than a gimmick that provided no benefit - really just a large stuffed baked potato.

Food was amazing and loved sitting in the section with arm chairs! Planned for 1.5hr experience and it was right on target. Very relaxed and not rushed! Would highly recommend and will go back again!

The food was beyond amazing! The chopped salad was the best salad I have ever had! I t is noisy since it is in the busy casino area. Be prepared to pay for the quality of food.

The Bedford was an amazing food experience. The food was off the charts!! One of the Best meals I have had in a while. From the bread basket to the tomahawk steak, outstanding from the moment we sat down, so bring your check book, but it’s worth it!!!

Everything was amazing! We had 4 people in our group and everyone very pleased. You definitely want to get the bread basket and the chicken and lamb were two of our favorite entrees. The cheddar broccoli was amazing also! Really no complaints. Everything we ate, we just kept commenting how good it was. Strongly recommend.
