The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Fantastic dining experience! Excellent service; delicious, elevated menu; strong cocktails. We were celebrating our anniversary 🏳️‍🌈 and they gave us a fantastic table for two on the upper floor and multiple people wished us “Happy Anniversary.” A wonderful experience I would highly recommend.

The Urban Stilllhouse is an experience. The food is good--not outstanding--but good. The selection of liquors and wines is almost overwhelming. The noise level is deafening--making it really difficult to have a conversation. Our seating was uncomfortable--sort of like soda-fountain booths, three seats on each side of the table; pretty unique for "fine dining." We asked to order starters while we decided among entrees but were told, "We prefer you order everything at the same time so the kitchen can pace things." So, we accommodate the kitchen, rather than the other way around. The dishes on the menu are unusual as are the drinks (my first ever with a marigold, stem attached, in the cocktail). It is almost as if the Stlllhouse is pushing for uniqueness above all else. With good friends, a very pleasant evening, but we probably will not be going back. And it IS expensive.

The food was impressively delicious. The waitress was shockingly rude. They definitely move you through the restaurant quickly and insist that you place your order all at once. That said, every dish was fantastic and great vibe.

We had a party of seven. Service was on time , we ordered starters and couple apps all very good. All dinners were all good and the Bison was off the hook .

It was easily one of the best meat dishes I've had in recent memory. Every plate at our table was equally impressive, and you can tell the kitchen is committed to quality and attention to detail. The ambiance is another standout feature. The space feels like a luxurious blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication, with warm wood tones, cozy lighting, and elegant furnishings. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed but also like you’re treating yourself to something special. Now, the bourbon selection—incredible. Whether you're a seasoned bourbon lover or just starting to explore, the staff is happy to guide you through their extensive list that is focused around the Horse Soldier brand, but has many of the classics as well. I highly recommend trying one of their signature Horse Soldier cocktails or asking for a curated tasting flight—they know their stuff. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our experience outstanding. From the hostess to the bartender to our server, the hospitality was top-tier. This place is a gem. Whether it’s a date night, special occasion, or just a night out with friends, The Urban Stillhouse is worth every penny. I’ll absolutely be coming back—and bringing others with me.
