   It was lovely but heartbreaking because we were the last seating. Such a magical place with terrific menu, design, ambiance and staff. We will miss it and hope the folks who created and maintained it in its heyday will return with something new and just as wonderful.

   This place used to be fantastic. The lasagna was what dreams were made of. We were so sad to hear of their closing so booked a reservation for my fiancé’s birthday. The menu was completely different, food lacked flavor (a table next to us also had to request salt and pepper to add flavor) and they ran out of dessert. Nothing special to acknowledge his birthday. All around super disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. We’ll always miss the original Baia.

   2 days before closing - poor experience overall, but not surprised. Kitchen out of most items. Took FOREVER for food to come out. Poor wait staff. OVerall disappointing experience but knowing the place was closing, I understand it. VERY disappointed this place is closing. It's a go to spot and one of the best vegan restaurants in the city. Great location. Great date spot. Great food. Really sad.

   Baia was my go-to restaurant when I attended any events in the Civic Center area -- concerts and City Arts&Lectures programs. I am lactose-intolerant so I appreciated knowing I could order anything on the menu.

   BAIA is one of our favorite restaurants. It's so disappointing to hear it is closing. Even our non-vegan friends love to visit before the opera or ballet. This is heartbreaking - we've had so many family events here - grad, birthday, anniversaries. It will be sorely missed. We will be going again because we want to get in one last dinner!
