Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Our table enjoyed all of the dishes ordered, including the 14-day-aged duck breast, fish, and filet mignon. Knife & Spoon took special care of our guests with food allergies, including nut and gluten allergies. They addressed both allergies and guided us on shareable items.

Kyle and his team weee excellent! The hostesses made not of our celebrations and correctly relayed info to our server. Food was excellent! Enjoyed our evening!

Excellent, excellent food and service last night! Shea and waiting team were attentive and so thoughtful for my wife and I’s anniversary. Highly recommend visiting Mitchell at the bar for some phenomenal cocktails, too. They have great signature cocktails! 10/10 dining experience-must-try at the Ritz Carlton!

We had a wonderful meal here while staying at The Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes. The service was truly 5 stars, they were attentive, constantly replacing silverware, filled drinks and steadily bringing out the next courses. Loved the Amuse-Bouche. Excellent wine selection and creative cocktails. I had the raw oysters and the Ahi Tuna Foie and it was to die for. My husband really enjoyed his ravioli. 3 types of bread available in the bred service and all were very good. We had the cheese selection, carrot cake and Key Lime desserts, all very decadent. There is amazing attention to detail in the flavor combinations, plating, service and overall experience. I would highly recommend. John Tesar did wonderful here and I am not surprised it earned him a Michelin Star!
