The Chameleon Companies (Wu Chow, Swift’s Attic) is thrilled to welcome our new chefs to the Rosedale Kitchen and Bar Team – Poc Saenz and her highly talented Sous Chef JD Solombrino. Poc brings an infectious youthful attitude, creative dishes, & leadership skills to the kitchen. The new menus will highlight her love of travel mixed in with her Mexican heritage and JD's Guatemalan roots. Rosedale Kitchen and Bar is a comfortable relaxed neighborhood restaurant serving an approachable, craveable menu. Both the adult & kid's menus will include healthier items and various gluten free & vegan options alongside some comfort food classics.
