    Beautiful restaurant 10/10, great atmosphere 10/10, service was outstanding 10/10, the food was ok for me around 7 or 8/10.

    We went to chairman’s to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. The Wednesday night date deal was amazing! Our server Sam was very nice and personable. He made great recommendations for us (as it was our first time here) and gave us an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

    The food was generally good, but I was surprised my meat was my least favourite part. I get that it depends on the cut I pick, but it seemed extra fatty and the edges overcooked. The server was great, but the food was slow to arrive - there were exceptionally long gaps between courses.

    Kim was incredibly informative, attentive and friendly server! The cocktails, wine and food were all delicious. I especially loved the deep sea Negroni. My partner and I shared the smoked ribeye, which was beyond tender and flavorful. Everything was outstanding!

    Absolutely wonderful evening spent at Chairman’s celebrating daughter’s graduation, first time there, won’t be last. Flawless service from Kim, who was the perfect blend of attentive without it becoming too much so, very informative, loved the introduction with the meat tray to explain the difference between the cuts of steak, she was super friendly with ninja-like skills, there were times she’d filled our water without us even seeing her doing it. The food was just fantastic, scallops were exquisite, oh and that complimentary rosemary bread with the little cheesy pop things - to die for. Best steak I have eaten in a restaurant, perfectly cooked for me, and the whole party was incredibly happy with theirs also, sides were amazing, particularly keen on the mashed potato and crispy cauliflower. Great drinks too, particularly the non-alcoholic choices, loving that non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Unfortunately too full for dessert, but we’ll get you next time! Wonderful night, thank you Kim and Chairman’s!

    We are never disappointed. It was great to see Larae, and Duncan, our server, was so much fun. We were hosting guests from Saskatoon, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
