   Good food and service. Easy to find on Kensington High Street. Perfect for informal meals such as pre theatre like ourselves

   The food was excellent and there was a good choice to satisfy the group. It was a little more expensive than we were expecting but worth it for the quality of the food.

   We had the set Menu - the risotto was far too much and did not have a lot of flavour. My friend had the chicken which she a said was excellent. We then had panacotta for desert which was ok. Liked the decor but there was a big group in who looked like they were having a ball and were also really noisy which made chatting not se easy

   A group of 6 adults on a saturday evening. We had a look online at the menu and was a little dissappointed that the menu was different with less choice. But once our meals arrived we were not disapponted. All our meals were 1st class and at very reasonable prices for London. Service was efficient and staff pleasant enough. Will defintely visit this restaurant again.

   Try the smoked salmon dish. The portion is Costco-sized and the taste beats Zabar's best.

   A friend and myself had lunch at Sopranos last Tuesday. Restaurant was quite empty. Portions were very large. Had we known, we would have ordered one main course between the two of us. Not much choice for vegetarians though they did accomodate my request for a vegetarian pasta.

   Overall, the food was good but the service was not great. The interior could definitely use an update with plastic tablecloths and bare light bulbs on the wall.

   Sopranos on Kensington High Street was ideal for a pre-theatre dinner for The Royal Albert Hall. The 2 and 3 course menu's offered sufficient choice to be able to have a good meal and the wine though by the glass was over-priced, was nevertheless very good. The staff were attentive and thankfully service was brisk. A good start to an excellent evening.
