In 2001 the opening of Rendezvous Bistro changed the face of dining in Jackson Hole. The restaurant is closing so our special occasion was to celebrate the success of Rendezvous Bistro with friends. Each of us had our favorite meals from steak to pork chops. Was an awesome evening. We look forward to visiting The Bistro in the new hotel by the town square.

Service has gone down hill. We waited 30 minutes for our server to even check on us let alone take an order for appetizers. They no longer box food in the back we had to do it at our table. My server clearly just wasn’t concerned with us. The good ol days of fine dining are no more.

Two different entries and both appeared to be quickly tossed on the plate. Sea bass was over cooked and the hamburger was over cooked. Got the feeling the cook staff was ready for the permanent closure!

We were seated promptly and the server was courteous. The menu had a nice variety and they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. The food was really good. Our group had the vegetarian cassoulet, the salmon, and the meatloaf and enjoyed everything.

We make it a point to try one new place each time we visit Jackson Hole and are so happy we hit on Rendezvous Bistro on this trip! Fortunately, we were with friends who don’t mind sharing, so we were able to sample from one another’s plates and everything we tried was excellent! Better hurry in, though, as the most recent issue of “dishing” magazine says, “...this winter will be Rendezvous Bistro’s last season in business.” Glad we found it when we did...

One of our favorite restaurants! The food is always yummy and a nice variety of choices. Our only "complaint" is that the music is too loud for a normal conversation. We asked it to be turned down on a couple of visits and our waitress was very quick about taking care of it. (She agreed about the level)

It was a great looking restaurant but since I had late reservations, I felt rushed. Waitress didn’t bother to ask me for options instead she rushed out and gave me what the entrees came with. Good service should be from open to close.

We recently had an amazing meal at Rendezvous Bistro! The oysters on the half shell, beet soup, fresh salad, scallop special and crispy sea bass were all phenomenal!! Amazing blend of flavors for the perfect meal. And our server, Angelica, was just delightful. Would highly recommend Rendezvous Bistro for a spectacular meal for any occasion.

Exceptional! The food was extraordinary: we had the striped bass and the grilled pork chop were prepared to perfection. Wine was delicious and a great value. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, a fabulous evening. Cannot wait to return.

Were visiting from out of town. I had the tuna tartar and it was delicious! My kids had the shrimp scampi, and husband had a burger. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the waitstaff was very attentive and friendly.

We had a bittersweet, extremely delicious dinner at the Bistro New Year’s Day. Everything was perfect! I shed a few tears as I savored my pomegranate martini, remembering all of the wonderful times, great food, and special moments we have enjoyed at Rendezvous Bistro through the years. It was Friday night, so I ordered the scallops, one of the specials. DELICIOUS! Our son had the oysters and the duck breast. My husband had the cassoulet. Our server was extremely friendly & attentive. As I said earlier, everything was perfection. Thank you Fine Dining for giving us Rendezvous Bistro. We’re sure going to miss it. 💕😢💕
