We celebrated our 30th anniversary here tonight. The food was great and our server was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good meal.

We had a reservation for 1pm and were taken right to out table. Paul, the server, was very attentive and polite. My friend has a speech impediment and he was very understanding. We ordered Shrimp and Grits and Eggs Benedict . Both were excellent we will definitely be back.

Food is top notch! Chef understands preparation, presentation, and flavor! A definite go to when we are in Beaufort! Excellent!

This is our second visit to Prime, as there were a few menu items that we didn't try the first time. The pricing is higher than many of the other local establishments, however they are seeking a more specific target audience. Having said that, this was the first place I thought of to spend my anniversary dinner at. We were greeted at our table by a Anniversary card that was signed by the staff with a couple of sample bottles of various olive oils from a local business/artisan. Last time I didn't try the Caesar salad, as I'm a Caesar snob and it didn't look appealing to me when I saw someone else get it. This time I got it... It was surprisingly good, and it rated in the top 5 that I have had. The lettuce was crisp and the dressing was different, in a good way. Congrats for not failing on that. The drinks were very good and our server/table attendant's we're "johnny on the spot" and they arrived before our every need. Very friendly, personable, knew the menu well and gave us the attention and recommendations we needed, without being overbearing. The Filet's were cooked extremely well and the side sauces made a simple dinner- an adventure. The Scallop dinner was very good as well, as 1/2 of it came home with us for someone's lunch, as they couldn't finish it in one sitting. All in all, it was a great choice for us and Kudos to all of the staff for making us feel special.
