This was one of the best meals of my stay. A beautiful setting with amazing views and a sunset to top it off. This is a gem. The food was fresh and delicious and the service matched. It was also part of a hotel which looked charming. To be checked out in the future. Highly recommend.

I have eaten at many fancy restaurants but Castello takes the cake. The location is just breathtaking. We have truly never experienced anything like it. The menu was really superb with the local dishes. Will definitely visit again when in Umbria.
