- NNancy BarefootIndiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOverall a very good experience. The food was good, the steak & mushrooms cooked perfectly, the Old Fashioned was outstanding and really yummy carrot cake. However , for the second time, I requested a table upstairs, thinking it would be quieter than downstairs, but didn't get one. We did have a rather revolting experience in that one member of our party had her head inches from a disgusting looking fuse box that someone thought was "decor". Horrible to see. Right now it's the best restaurant in Muncie AND it's open on Monday!More infoRon Lahody's Trust Your Butcher SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Muncie•4.8

Discover Gas City
Gas City is named after the abundance of natural gas found in the area in the late 1800s, and although the gas ran out long ago, it's now a pleasant city to live in and offers a surprising selection of good food. Frango com bacon, which is chicken wrapped with bacon slices, is grilled to give diners a crispy treat for gluten-free dieting in Brazilian restaurants. Italian is a big influence in the Gas City now with dishes like lobster ravioli alla vodka and sausage tortellini being favorites. American foods like grilled cheese with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, a tomato chutney soup and French fries are some of the favorites seen on lunch tables in Gas City. You may also find carrot cake or pineapple upside down cake, fitting for a sweet tooth.
