Terrific food perfect service
We had great food and an amazing server. I believe her name was Kristen.
Service was alright. Appetizers were pretty good. The entrees were both disappointing. Chicken saltimbocca was undercooked and floury (it almost tasted like it was coated in wallpaper paste). Angel hair pasta was mushy and bland. Vegetables were unseasoned. Lobster ravioli was bland, but my husband was hungry so he ate it. Server came over, asked if I wanted my meal wrapped (I’d taken about two bites of chicken) and when I told her no, took my plate and never inquired if anything was wrong with my meal. It was loud and she was busy so I didn’t press further. We had a gift card so I didn’t make a fuss but I left hungry and disappointed. The atmosphere was nice enough, loud but tolerable. We visit Birkdale Village at least twice a month and usually over look Red Rocks, and we will probably continue to do so unfortunately.
Excellent restaurant in Birkdale Village. We sat on the patio and it was very pleasant. The food and service was excellent.

I really love this really by the quick service you receive soon as you walk into the restaurant. What surprised me they open the doors for you as you enter. You think of high class and they make you feel like. You guys will have my business always. Keep up the good work.
Great dining experience! Waitress acknowledged our engagement and brought out champagne for a toast at the end of our meal. Enjoyed the Queen’s Feast meal options - starter, entree, & dessert! Delicious food!!
Surprise Birthday party for my wife. RedRocks has been our favorite place for special occasions as well as our “go-to” when we want to enjoy a special night out.
Provide a near-kitchen seat while enough vacant seat available. After meal my clothes become bad smelling because the smoke from kitchen.:(
The food was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed the outdoor seating.

Great service! Our waitress was amazing. The food was a little bland however we had never had it before so maybe it was supposed to be that way.
Food not as good as in the past. Have noticed that the last couple of visits.
Salmon was very good, maybe the best I've had. And desert,peanut butter/chocolate cake was excellent.
We had the oriental chicken salad, calamari, and the seafood salad. The salads were a good meal size and delicious. The calamari almost seemed like imitation and was very chewy. Our server was very polite, friendly, and efficient. We ate in the outside dining area which was relaxing and comfortable even though the temperature was in the 90’s. We frequently eat at this restaurant and have always been happy with our food and service.
Had a group of 9 for dinner. Everything excellent. Recommend take advantage of the complimentary valet parking at this restaurant as parking can be a bit of a bear on a busy weekend.
Excellent wait staff, very attentive to make sure you enjoy your visit and meal. Wonderfully, we did not feel rushed, and yet waiter was always available when we had a question. Food is the best I have ever had in the Charlotte Huntersville area. Very comfortable booth seating and privacy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND MORE!!!

Small portions and very pricey. Food is good but severely overpriced, especially the kid’s menu.
Food and service were mediocre at best. We ordered calamari and mussels. Mussels were ok - nothing special. The calamari, however, was horrible. I took one bite and refused to eat anymore. I should have advised my boyfriend to stop but he insisted it tasted fine to him. Now he’s been in the bathroom all night because of it. We ordered salmon special for appetizer and the shrimp and scallop pasta dish. I set my expectations pretty low bc of the nasty apps. Neither were terrible but the shrimp and scallops both tasted frozen. This place is like a glorified TGIFs or Chili’s. Save your money and eat at home. Experience was terrible from beginning to end.

We were really looking forward to trying out Red Rocks. Menu is very versatile, there’s something for everyone. We ordered a lemon drop and old fashioned and both were VERY weak, not worth the money we spent. Both of our meals were good, could have had a better cut of filet, still tender.
For a quiet dinner for two I would not recommend sitting in the bar area. Normally I prefer the bar area as there’s more atmosphere however it was extremely loud, the noise carried and there weren’t enough soft furnishings to absorb some of the sound. Next time we know to ask to sit in the restaurant and not the bar. Food was excellent excellent excellent.
The menu listed the tuna dish as a taco which is usually eaten in ones hand. When the food arrived it was nothing like a traditional taco. The sauce, while enjoyable, overpowered the minimal amount of tuna on the plate.
We took my husband out for Father's Day. Nice dinner-he loved the salmon, great service. Only 'complaint' was music was loud and a little too much (different selection of music for dinner would have been more enjoyable). we love Red Rocks Café and will be back!

This was our 7th visit to Red Rocks, it appears to have declined some since our last visit in 2018. The service was very weak as our waitress was slow, not very attentive and didn't keep drinks filled. Food taste was very good, thank goodness. We were celebrating a birthday to which waitress stated they don;t do birthdays or singing. Didn't care about the singing but not catering to families who celebrate birthdays just lost you a customer.

VERY loud. Server wasn’t very attentive. Food was ok. Fish was a tad hover cooked, steak a little undercooked. Otherwise, ok.

Good food, but too crowded and very loud. Bar is too small to accommodate the number of people waiting for tables. Chaotic. Once sitting, food is good, but quite expensive for the type of place it is. Service was good.

Overall the food and service was good but it was way to loud. I couldn't hear my wife talking on the other side of the table. There is no reason it should have been that noisy. The lighting was so dim i couldn't see the menu, I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read it. I looked around and saw other people doing the same thing. Wake up Red Rocks! When you have it that dark, people may think you have something to hide!

We had great evening - were seated immediately, enjoyed all aspects of the meal - excellent meal options / variety, & perfect service / pace. We’ve never been disappointed at Red Rocks, but sometimes we’re still surprised at just how good it is.

We ordered the rib eye and were very disappointed in the cut, it was very thin . It also lacked seasoning and had no char. The sides were very bland and basic.
