   The food was absolutely amazing !! I did think the wait for food is a little excessive, I believe it took around 40 minutes. But the service was great and so was the food.

   We’ve been regulars at Red O since its opening, and we’ve always enjoyed our dining experiences. However, last night’s Mother’s Day dinner was a complete disappointment. We chose Red O for our family dinner, and it was a huge letdown. We were seated in an overflow room that felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. It was dirty, bright, and not the cozy ambiance we usually associate with Red O. To make matters worse, my daughter’s steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived well-done. The tacos we ordered were also not crispy as requested. Our server was sweet and attentive, but she couldn’t do much to improve the situation. When I asked if we could be moved to a cleaner table, the manager looked at our table and said, “Oh, that table. No, it will be 45 minutes to an hour before we can move them.” As I was walking inside to go to the bathroom, I noticed that there were many available tables throughout the restaurant. It was clear that Red O was understaffed and couldn’t handle the number of customers they had. Given this disappointing experience on Mother’s Day, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Red O anytime soon. It wasn’t a happy meal for us.

   Waiter was nice, but made several mistakes on our order and timeliness on getting to us.

   Menu has changed quite a bit, server wasn’t the greatest, felt a bit rushed on putting order in. We typically do dinner at night, didn’t realize how worn down the place was during the day eating inside, not the caliber of restaurant that we thought they’d be or maintain being.

   We waited for 30 minutes, and they repeatedly assured us, “We will be with you in just a minute.” Eventually, I voiced my complaint, and they seated us in a section outside the restaurant that lacked any atmosphere. There was no one else around—the surrounding tables were all empty. We had wanted to sit inside the restaurant, but for some reason, we were directed to a tent outside, completely by ourselves.

   Service was great from all staff, every single person was very attentive. We had a few cocktails and will be back to taste the ones I didn’t get to taste, food was amazing had some left overs that I ate the next day.
