   Portions are really small. We ordered the prefix meal for 8 people at $35 a person and it definitely didn’t fill us. We we shocked at how small the portion were. We should have just ordered individually: on another note/ the Mongolian beef was so good.

   Service is always outstanding. Our waitress made a recommendation for basil chicken (spicy) and it was fabulous. Our favorite waitress is Q. Very personable, and great sense of humor. She is an asset to Red Lattern.

   Our favorite place to go for date night. The food, service, and overall experience is always outstanding. The portions are generous and we always feel like our dinners are of great value.

   Food is delicious and plentiful! We had the Combination Special of Sweet & Sour Chicken, vegetarian fried rice and egg rolls. “Phone” the Assistant Manager is very professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Our Server Yim R. was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable!

    I was happy to go to Red Lantern due to the family style picks. The prices aren't bad either. Customer Service is very poor everytime I have went. I had to flag down the servers everytime we needed something. We asked for appetizers first but everything came together. Then I asked for low sodium soy sauce and other sauces, we were pretty much done eating when she came back with one sauce. No acknowledgement. It was purely disrespectful when I asked if they do anything for birthdays, she said yeah wait it will be a surprise. I believe she did that to shut us up. There was nothing. No singing no dessert. Nothing. We spent a lot of money for them to brush us off. She could have simply replied instead of lieing to our faces to shut us up. The staff needs to be more professional and comprehend good customer service. Not cool. I DO NOT recommend it for a special occasion. I never do this but, this is needed. Not to mention I had to ask them multiple times for EVERYTHING! Not enjoyable
