We went for Mother’s Day . Service was wonderful and the food was amazing. The lo-main noodles are the best I have ever had.
It was unfortunate. But the beef was rancid and ruined the dinner for us. The manager took the item off the bill and offered a replacement or a drink or dessert, but we declined because we already were nit feeling like eating due to the horrible taste. Manager and wait staff were very nice but we still nit go back and still paid over$100 for a horrible time.
Excellent sushi, really top notch. The manager table visit was. a mice touch ... made sure our dining experience was on point.
We reserved a table and ended up waiting as they said they overbooked our section and so they stuck us in a dark cold corner where we couldn’t even see the menu or the food. The waitress seemed to not even notice our uneaten food(maybe she couldn’t see it either) this was our last night at foxwoods and our last dinner and I feel it was ruined. I would recommend that people expect a casual dining experience here and not anything special. For a classy romantic experience try Vue24 or David Burke Steakhouse, both excellent places.
Great, IT WAS AWESOME TO SHARE A SPECIAL OCCASION WITH FRIENDS
This is the 3rd time we've been and the food is excellent: drinks were great and not watered down. Will go again
Red Lantern is an staple for us whenever visiting Foxwoods!
We went for a birthday celebration. It was very nice. We enjoyed everything. We will be back soon.
The service was very slow not the best we had here first time the meal was not awersome some food was not hot press for time to get to show hope next time we go it will be better
Food was good but not anything special. I would definitely go again though. There’s a lot to choose from and the service was good.
Our waitress was great, and the pot stickers were awesome!
Overall a pleasant experience. Food and service were good.
We went to Red Lantern after seeing a show in the theater right around the corner. The drinks tasted good, but tasted like they didn't have enough booze to be worth $15 each. The sushi boat for $65 seemed like a good deal for 2 to 3 people, but it turned out not to be enough food for us. We would have ordered dessert, but the waiter dropped the check without asking if we were done first, so we left hungry and sober. Not good for the value.
Appetizers were delicious we had the lobster rangoon we also had someone who had celiac and it was great that they had lot of gluten free items we ordered gluten-free General gau's it was delicious definitely spicy and there was plenty of food as we had lots of leftovers
Service very slow.
We went to dinner here right before a show at Fox Theater. We were running late and got to dinner with only 40 minutes until showtime. Our waitress was extremely helpful and got us in and out on time (even with time for dessert!)
Food was yummy too! Especially the friend rice!
We were seated promptly. Service was great and courteous. Questions about the menu were answered. Food was quick to come out and was delicious!!! I would definitely visit again when I am at Foxwoods.
Just loud but everything else was great
The food was amazing! We went with 8 for a group dinner. Pad Thai was slightly spicy and delicious, highly recommend the lobster crab Rangoon’s, and the sushi was so fresh and tasty! The lava cake was amazing.
Good food, good drinks and service. I did note in my reservation that it was my boyfriends birthday. I was disappointed there was no recognition of the special occassion we were celebrating.
The food was excellent and the service was also excellent. The chefs really know how to make extremely tasty meals. Will definitely go back again.
During Cyber Monday I purchased a $125 gift card which I was given the same amount as a gift, so basically I had a $250 gift card. I could use it at the 8 locations they had available - Guy Feiry's, Scorpion bar, The Shrine and Red Lantern....we chose here...we love it. The food is fabulous and it has never disappointed us. Highly recommend.
Both the waiter and kitchen staff were extremely accommodating for some dietary restrictions one person on our party had. The food was amazing!
Impeccable service! We were guided to our table immediately by a very smiley hostess! Our server was at our table within a minute & was very attentive throughout. The food was delivered so quickly, we were completely surprised! The manager even stopped at our table to chat! He was very friendly too! Overall wonderful experience!
We come here semi-regularly for date nights. The food is always very good-- we tend towards apps and sushi, so haven't tried many entrees. Have never ordered something we did not like. Service is usually very good, though can be a tad slow on busy nights. Always seems to be seats at the bar if we decide to go without a reservation, and bartenders are attentive and pleasant. Would recommend!
Ate here before a show. We were pressed for time. Our server was really accommodating with getting our order quickly. Food was excellent drinks were good too! Atmosphere was fun. Would definitely recommend red lantern!
We won a gift card and decided to try this restaurant out. The service was great and the food was delicious. The portions were generous. The only negative comment would be the lighting. Almost everyone including myself had to use the flashlight on our phone to read the menu.
I had a drink at the bar before being seated. The Thai basil gimlet was perfect.I had Mongolian skirt steak and vegetable friend rice fir dinner. They were both delicious. We were seated near the entrance so the noise from the casino was pretty loud but not unexpected.
Fish boat sushi was really good!
It was our first time at Red Lantern and we were not disappointed! Our waitress Sarah was awesome; very knowledgeable and attentive!! The food was delicious and arrived promptly. Would 10/10 go back.
Very good food and service. Looks like we'll worn floors need updating. Very clean and unique bathroom.
Staff was awesome manager was awesome food was awesome the only thing that I would recommend is you need to speak to the staff to get a good description of the food the menu does not do justice to the taste of the food. Anyone going needs to try the dessert with banana my wife and I hate bananas but we fell in love with this dessert it is a local chef invention and can only be found at this restaurant. The only bad thing about this restaurant are the signs to get you to the location does not clearly indicate you need to go up the escalators at the end of the hallway
Food was very fresh and good size, portion wise. Fried rice was enough for 4 people. I also had a Poke bowl which was excellent.
Came here with a family of 4 for my daughters b-day. I made sure to specified it was a birthday dinner. They had plenty of empty tables, but we got a table by the kitchen. My side of the table was slanted and I mentioned to our waitress, but nothing was done about it. It was impossible to put a plate down without it sliding down the table. We got our food and did not have any utensils. We waited for at least 10 minutes to find a random person to bring us utensils while the food was getting cold. My daughter did not like her desert and did not eat it, but no one asked her or checked in with us.
The comfortable seating was a great touch to go with the modern Asian restaurant. The sushi was good, I look forward to going back to try other dishes. The drinks were amazing! We had a lemon ginger martini and a ginger mule. Our server did a great job! It was his first night but knew a lot of information and the few times we asked hard questions but he quickly got an answer for what he didn't know.
Food was excellent.
Our waitress was very informative and accommodating. Manager made rounds of the tables to ensure everything was going well! Very attentive staff! Food was amazing as usual!
Food was disappointing and the drink I had was called bamboo juice and it was way too sweet. The prices are too high for the quality of food you get.
Great martinis and really tasty food. Steak terryaki noodles were very good and the steak was cooked perfectly! Club shrine is right next door so later at night you can listen to the music and a part of the restaurant overlooks the club dancefloor. For birthdays they pull out this dragon thats all lit up and it looks really cool.
Came on a Monday, service was great (thanks, Amanda!) , food and drinks were delicious...$5 Mai Tai and Happy Hour all night.
The signature "The Rock" hot stone appetizer is great presentation, but very overpriced ($29) for 4 thin, small slices each of steak and salmon. Beef lo mein was delicious, fresh and not overly seasoned
Would have given 5 stars but I had asked for a quiet "date" table in my booking. Was seated directly by the sushi line and wok station in an almost entirely empty restaurant. At one point, I couldn't hear my date speaking for the clanging of the pans and utensils.
Overall the food and atmosphere will bring me back.....but maybe the staff should try and accommodate special requests on such a slow night.
