Service was extremely slow and took an hour between salad and entree. Blackened mahi had barely any spice on it Ordered the Chipwitch for dessert and then was told it was sold out so we said no dessert. Then we noticed menu offers cookies and ice cream. So we called her back. They had both so we said we’d have a few orders of each. We made our own chip witches. No one in their staff thought to do this in the kitchen so that customers could have what they wanted??!! Disappointing

Food was quite good. The gluten free crab cakes were excellent as was the pork chop. Service was not up to par. Had to ask for water, bread and to ask when our drinks and food would be ready. The waitress was very nice but clearly not trained on standard work of being a good waitress, not her fault but clearly leadership opportunity to really boost the quality of the dining experience.

We decided to try the Wed BBQ. The food was mediocre and served in steam tables. Barbecue items were cooked and then reheated. Servers mostly congregated in the dining rm and chatted. Disappointing was the frozen dessert tubs. Little cups of ices and faux flavored ice creams of the quality given to day campers, not what one would expect of a Main Line CC. We are convinced not to return to this event in 2024.

Curious that for buffet brunch, chef would pour batter to make a waffle in the waffle iron but he declined to pour it into a pan to make a pancake.

The service was better than the weekend, but apparently there is a problem in the communication between the server and the kitchen. The server was well aware of what I ordered, and when they brought the food out to her, she quickly realized it wasn’t right.

Poor service continues to be a major issue. The server was clearly not trained well, did not know what was on the buffet, and neglected to provide napkins, silverware or small plates when the appetizers were served, until we asked for them. Two of my six guests had to wait an additional 20 minutes to be served, following the food being delivered to the other four guests…apparently some “mixup” in the kitchen. Service has been lousy at Radnor for years and it hasn’t gotten any better.
