Radio Rooftop

Round the corner from work, but never clocked onto the great views and relaxed ambiance of this place. Tapas was very good - sharing plate ideal for a very light lunch for two, but we augmented with two extra dishes. Wines were a little pricey, but well-chosen as far as I could tell. (Well, our rosé was lovely). But the selling point is the sheltered terraces overlooking the city. Ideal for a light lunch especially with an out-of-towner

Easy to book and on arrival the staff were great. Good table with good views and efficient service.
The food were not big portions, but very tasty.
Loved the experience and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time with my friends, however I would not go back for food only drinks. The food tastes stale and wasn’t good quality. Additionally there was a lack of communication between the staff which caused a discrepancy in our final bill however, the manager was empathetic and was quick to resolve and apologies. Overall I rated it a 3 star because the views are outstanding especially during sunset!

Overrated, crap service trying to sneak a more expensive bottle of wine.. food was cold.... personally, I’m disappointed.

Will definitely not go back again. The photos were misleading. When we got there, we were quite disappointed by the plastic curtain and the roof, which affected the view quite a lot. The food was very mediocre and overpriced. I ordered a steak and the sauce came as cold. Staff was nice and friendly though. Spent £150 for three of us.

This is a fantastic place; the views are spectacular, the restaurant is well designed and the staff are extremely helpful - I would recommend highly it. The only downside was the music, which was a little too loud and made conversation difficult.

We had lunch on New years Day so it was not busy and the staff were pleasant but annoying. I can't put my finger on it but we just felt a bit uncomfortable. Not a fan of having plates cleared when others at the table are still eating, Little things like that....

Absolutely loved it! Especially the health juice shots given straight away, I though it was a delicious touch. Will definitely be making this a regular stop.

Service was terrible, especially with only a quarter of the tables filled and a large staff on the floor. Extremely overpriced. The view up there is neat but you can get better views else where

The place was ok but there was no view as they have plastic screens - see through but very distorted - wasn’t worth the extra for expensive cocktails that would have been 2 thirds in a normal bar.
In summer on a sunny day with everything open I bet it’s really a great place - in the winter don’t bother....

A great great start to the evening..

Made to wait at check in for @10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Waited another 5 before shown to table which was prebooked. Was asked if our coats could be taken, told we should have checked them downstairs. There was nobody downstairs to have done do. Service non particularly attentive. Overall mediocre experience

Nice ambient good and kind staff, very nice view but food was average and I would expect a better menu on xmas day. The place was a bit cold but the staff did everything to please us.. we enjoyed our lunch overall. I would visit again but most likely for drinks

Everything was ok but we did not like the fact that they took our card to keep an open tab or pay per order, something we saw was never enforced on the other tables. We are latin...

Love going here because of the view and the overall ambience, the food was extremely average however. Small portions and boring food.

You'd expect much better food at such a place. Oversalted and too fatty! How come? Quite slow service. A bit chilly inside in December. Apart from that place is worth to visit. Nice views, nice decors.

Lovely restaurant with great views! However the service wasn’t the best (a little forgetful). The food by taste and presentation would have been excellent if it was hot!

From initial greeting to service absolutely amazing, staff are very caring, service and waiting time all flawless. The atmosphere was on point definitely my favourite and will be returning again! The churros were 10/10

My husband and I went to Radio Rooftop for a meal to celebrate my 30th birthday, it was brilliant, food was excellent and the whole feel of the place was exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend.

The food is absolutely excellent but we had to wait over 20min before we could order drinks and another 50min after order to get our food so this took way to long. We went here for breakfast but turned out as brunch/lunch.

The table was booked for dinner; we had a lounge sofa and low table not suited for eater.
We had a 90 minute reservation and 20 minutes were spent waiting for someone to take the order.
The space was cold and windy as the inside terrace was not secured from the elements; the zips to the screens were broken at our visit.

Drink menu - amazing however the food menu was rather limited. This was expected because I had looked up the menu but as it was a surprise for the girlfriend, she struggled to pick something for her taste.

Booked for my daughters 21st Birthday lunch but was disappointed overall with the experience. Table and setting were fine. Service was pretty slow so when it arrived we ordered cocktails and our food. The food was served and eaten by the time the cocktails arrived! The waiter did try and help by serving us a glass of prosecco shortly after the food arrived and he very kindly brought us another later on but that couldn't make up for the disappointment. The food was very expensive for what it was and how it was presented. A cold submarine roll filled with lobster and mayo, served with sweet potato fries at £25 was pretty ridiculous. My steak was awesome but it came with 6 chips & salty peppercorn sauce at £23, no salad or veg. Cocktails were average but at £17 they shouldn't be! £10 a go at The Alchemist the night before was special, cocktails were amazing. Nice setting and I'm sure in summer it would be spectacular as the views are great. Guys behind us waited 20mins plus for service before the free prosecco arrived to make up for the poor service and a group that left while we were there refused to pay the 15% service charge as they had "waited an hour for a coffee". Why don't they just get a couple of additional staff? I won't be rushing back and it's disappointing to have to say that. Come on Radio Rooftop, sort it out.....

Normally if recommend radio however the last time I visited the service was shockingly bad. Mistake after mistake. I always order the espresso me cocktail which I obviously love however this time it was horrid and some of the drink was missing. I couldn’t be bothered to complain as the staff wouldn’t understand it’s not a money issue but a service one. I liked radio so much that I celebrated my birthday dinner in Zelos and had drinks in radio. Never again. Not sure what’s happened as I use to rave and try to come as often as I can but it was appalling.
