The first waiter seemed racist and did t want to serve us. One of the other servers saw this and tried to have the server serve us, but he started cleaning instead. We left after not being attended to over 15 minutes sitting at the table

Our server was not attentive. I had to go find her once. I don't what they have done to their sauces, but they taste like base sauce & MSG at 50% each. We have been RA fans for years, and this is our 2nd questionable visit in a row at this location. Your mileage may vary.

We were a party of 8 and the server just kept taking orders without informing the table of “over ordering”. The bill averaged $75 per person WITHOUT ALCOHOL! Embarrassing to the group.

Ty was an absolutely great server! They managed us very well and was very flexible and professional. The food was ok but the environment made up for it! It wasn’t too crowded or noisy. The drinks were really good as well. Thank you again for accommodating!

Appetizers were the best part. Sushi was subpar and hibachi entrees with filet mignon, shrimp, & chicken were bland and way too overpriced. Drinks are ok. Had my anniversary dinner there as it was our first time there and wanted to try something new, but it disappointed. Ended up going to del friscos next door afterwards.

We enjoyed our first visit to RA last night. The food was great tasting! My husband wished for a bit more shrimp on his fried rice, but my serving of Crazy Monkey Roll was more than enough. The happy hour drinks were still a bit pricey, but we will return!

We reserved a table with open table but when we got to the restaurant no one greeted us for atleast 8 minutes. I finally walked up to the gentleman behind the sushi bar and was like is it open seating. He said normally it’s not but we could sit anywhere. The food was okay! We got hibachi fried rice and 2 rolls. Food was mediocre. We will try this place again in the future… maybe we just got them on a bad day!

Our greeting at the door was quickly interrupted by a waitress stepping in front of the hostess and taking the iPad being used to check us in. We waited until she finished and allowed the hostess to proceed. A very awkward exchange to say the least. Once seated, we ordered multiple dishes one being a salmon salad. When the food arrived, the salmon was so razor thin (and COLD) that it was comical. I inquired about the minimal portion and how the dish was nothing close to what the picture on the menu reflected. I was told “yes, I hate how they portion these dishes”… finally (after the meal was nearly complete) another (EVEN SMALLER) piece of salmon came to the table. At the end of the meal, we were over $100 in… we’re still hungry and had nowhere close to a special experience we were hoping for. It was a stunning reality as to why the restaurant was dead at 7:30pm on Saturday of Memorial Day.

This was good for a large group because they were not very busy and I was able to make the reservation for a large group with very short notice. Unfortunately, I think the reason was because the service is seriously lacking. Soup was served cold and had to be re-served and every other dish was brought out haphazardly so we were all finishing our food at different times. The food is good, and so are the drinks, so hopefully they get some real help soon.

We visited Ra at lunch on Mother’s Day, with a reservation although there was no wait and plenty of open seating both on the floor and at the bar. We were seated promptly and quickly approached by the bar tender who brought water to the table, but then our wait began…. We sat for at least 20 minutes before the server who walked passed us multiple times greeted us. The table to our right even highlighted the fact that the service was terrible because they too had to sit for at least 15-20minutes before anyone approached their table either. Also, we ordered a salad as an appetizer but it didn’t come to the table until we had completely finished our entire meal. Fortunately the food made up for the poor service.

Food was delicious. Scallop Dynamite Roll was really good, a little spice to it. Our kids enjoyed the Dragon Roll. We all enjoyed the Filet Mignon and Colossal shrimp Hibachi entree.

Service was sub par and entrees were brought out before the appetizer. Food was good, but expensive for the portions. Sushi is expensive in general, however, this seemed overpriced compared to other, similar, sushi restaurants.

Came in Sunday night during their happy hour time frame. Ordered a little off that menu and the regular menu. The bar top is where I sat and the one bar tender there was attentive. Towards the end it got busy and he was tending to everyone. I never got a drink refill and had to wait a while before I could ask for my check to leave. Other than that before the pop it was a good experience.

I was surprised they had last minute availability on a Friday night until we arrived and stood at the door ignored for 5 minutes along with several other guests before finally seeking out a host. Once seated we waited forever until finally flagging down a waiter to take our order. The water was nice but the location didn’t seem to very well run or organized despite the food being pretty good.

The customer service was awesome. Miguel and Tony were amazing instructors for the sushi rolling class! Also the man that taught us about the different sakis and last but not least the manager was also very helpful too. Everyone was very attentive, it was a lovely experience!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting!! Everyone that helped us made sure that we were satisfied and the restaurant has a beautiful setup perfect for great photos!! I would highly recommend!!! The blueberry lemonade was top tier also! Very classy restaurant with grown and sexy vibes, check it out and make sure to tip!! Thanks for a wonderful evening!!

We had a party of 8 which may have been part of the problem. Some ordered items from the kitchen and some ordered from the sushi items. The kitchen items came out 30 minutes before the items from the sushi bar. So some of us were done eating before others got their orders. Also the kitchen items were Luke warm. I have eaten here before and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
