We were seated outside, and then completely forgotten about. They sat another table outside after us nearby, and that couple ordered and received drinks, and despite trying to flag them down, we ended up having to go back inside to try to find someone to take our order. We liked 1 out of the 4 rolls we ordered, but the RA RA shrimp was good.

First time there and a pleasant one. They sat us a bit early which was very convenient with all the presents and cake. Server was super friendly (could’ve come around a little more). The one thing that was bothersome was how hot it was in there. We were all burning up. Otherwise, a great experience!

It was a slow night at RA. We had a really nice birthday there out on the patio. Nice staff the sushi was good. We had a great experience.

The only nice thing I can say about RA is that the outside seating offers an amazing view of downtown. It has changed a lot and the actual sushi menu is very limited and geared towards younger people who don't know what good sushi really is. The two rolls that my friend and I shared for his birthday were flavorless and the baked scallop one was more akin to something you'd order at Chili's. I honestly felt ill to my stomach after trying to eat that. The cream cheese wontons were cold. The edamame was delightful. Just go to Roku across the street. You'll have a better experience service wise and the food is hundreds of times better.

The restaurant is not clean. The food is mid with high prices. The service is slow. The only good thing about this restaurant is the terrace view. But the quality of food, service, and cleanliness don’t match the price point. They use fake “krab” in most of their rolls.

The service is absolutely terrible. They say us after 25 min and told us it was cause we were late for our reservation, but we were 5 minutes early! The server was very slow. She walked away from our table after taking the order of only half of our party, leaving us confused. She forgot many people’s drinks. She didn’t tell us that midnight was the cut off for any drinks - even mocktails! My fiancé asked for a mocktail at 11:50, she misunderstood and brought some sort of food at 12:05, at which point we told her that no, he requested a mocktail. She then told us that the bartender is off at midnight so he couldn’t make us the drink. Ugh

We’ve eaten here several times, and we would not return if the food wasn’t good. We always loved the edamame, and the sushi is very good. Tonight we decided to try the hibachi chicken and the hibachi steak and honestly, it wasn’t that great. The chicken was super dry and there’s not much vegetables that goes along with it, and also hardly any sauce. We had to use the extra leftover sauce from the edamame or the chicken would’ve been extremely dry. Our server forgot to bring the soups and salad until we were almost done eating. The salad had absolutely zero dressing on it, so I didn’t enjoy that at all. I’m not sure what was happening last night, but it really wasn’t great.

Sushi was fine. It’s a fun vibe, but there are better restaurants downtown for sushi now. Our service was rough, everyone was nice but we had empty glasses, no chopsticks when we got food, etc.

Had a reservation and was seated like an hr later. The people that came after us were seated before us. Couldn’t order mixed cocktails only what was on tap. Just not a very good experience overall.
