   The new heavy round purple chairs are very uncomfortable. Service was only medium compared to what I’ve had previously.

   We really enjoyed this exceptional experience. Our server Natalie made our high tea experience enjoyable and a fabulous upscale experience.

   Everything was excellent, at first we were a bit hesitant because of the limited menu however don't let that deter you, the food was excellent I had the Celeriac and chestnut soup was outstanding as was the Asian Pear and Red Apple salad, we both had the short ribs again outstanding, I usually don't eat anything with truffle however the sauce had just a hint which enhanced instead of overpowering the taste. Highly recommended

   Amazing kind caring waiter who knew his stuff and went beyond the call of duty to make our experience a beautiful one. He even offered to take a photo of us before we started on the three teired tray. Bravo!!

   There burgers are the best I have ever had, every time I visit Ottawa the restaurant is a destination. Service is great, atmosphere is fabulous, and the food, oh my god the food.

   I paid for a product and did not receive what I ordered — extremely disappointing experience. I ordered five high teas for pick-up. Despite providing a clear pick-up time, my order was not ready when I arrived — and this wasn’t a one-off; it happened twice. Additionally, high teas are supposed to include tea selections. When I picked up the order, they asked which teas I wanted, and I was very clear. However, when I got home, I realized they hadn’t included any tea at all. I called immediately; the manager apologized, acknowledged their mistake, and said I could come back to pick up the missing items. He also mentioned that compensation would be offered. Unfortunately, when I returned, not only was there no compensation, but the missing items were still not properly provided. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place.

   A group of five family members out to enjoy a Saturday afternoon. Beautiful decor, great service. Every staff member was very attentive to details and ensure we were having a good experience.

   Food and atmosphere were fantastic. A little on the pricey side but worth it. Tea was flavourful and the tea tower was delicious and delectable

    It was nice experience for a mother/daughter brunch however, the desserts were somewhat dry and tasteless. I would not be in a rush to go back. However, the atmosphere was beautiful and our server was nice.
