Our group enjoyed our meal, the only downside was the high level of the music. The doors into the individual ladies restroom stalls are extremely hard to open. This issue needs to be addressed, not only for elderly customers but young women with children. Anyone with a disability would not be able to open the door.

We were very pleased with our experience at Zocalo. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very nice. Our server was Joyce. She was wonderful and attentive as well as the other servers who checked on us. We will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and professional. I had a party of 10 reserved. We showed up about 15 mins early and they gladly sat us early since our table was already set. Wait staff was very tentative to all of our needs and very patient. Towards the end we wanted to order dessert but our server came with the bill. We said we wanted to order dessert and coffee so he apologized and took our order with a smile. It was my son's HS graduation celebration and they gave him a complementary dessert to do. That was a special surprise that made his day extra special. Much appreciated Zocalo! This was our third time at Zocalo and they did not disappoint us.

The restaurant was very loud. Was sat in the corner next to a bachelorette party it was extremely busy. The food was a little on the saltier side and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Not knocking it the service was great , just wasn’t my specific taste! Will absolutely go back and try something different!

We went for Happy Hour on Cinco de Mayo, and the restaurant was super crowded as expected. We had a reservation, and we were seated quickly in a booth as requested (as always they're very accommodating with this). We ordered drinks in the bar while briefly waiting for the table, and the waitress, Courtney, was super friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. She found us at our table and brought the drinks there, which was perfect. The food was great as usual. We had the carnitas Naco Tacos and the Quesadilla on the Happy Hour menu. We love this place, and we'll be back soon!

Very good food and service tonight. Our waiter Carlos was very good and attentive. The biggest problem is that the noise level is WAY too high to enjoy the dinner experience. Kind of wrecks the night. Time to explore some alternative Mexican restaurants in the area. Too bad

First time trying the Folsom location. They were quick to take our drink order, and our drinks came fast. However, they never asked if we wanted another drink even though we finished them well before our food came out. The food took over 30 minutes after ordering. The server only came by once and said it was taking a long time because we ordered salmon. When the food came, the salmon was very good and hot, but the other two dishes were cold (not even luke warm). The mole on my enchiladas had a great flavor, but it was cold along with the beans and rice. We didn't have time to send back so my wife and I just ate our cold meals. My daughter loved her salmon dish. I'll give this location one more chance.

Have eaten at the Roseville location many times, but this was our first visit to the Folsom Restaurant. The service was very slow, we had to ask for drink refills on multiple occasions and we had a couple of 10 - 15 min gaps with no server found.

The chips, salsa, service, and margaritas were fabulous! The carnitas, which is one of the reasons I went to Zocalo, was some of the worst I have ever had. It was dry and flavorless. Our server was incredible, and the margaritas were delicious.

The Baja tacos lacked flavor, the fish size was smaller than usual and the taco shells were soggy. Very disappointing. We have always loved the food in the past. The ceviche was not as good either. Always too loud.

We have always had really great experiences dining at the various Zocalo locations. However, this time we had extremely poor service. We were sat quickly and provided with chips/salsa and our server took our drink order. Someone brought our drinks out and more chips/salsa, but our server was nowhere to be seen. I tried to see if I could get her attention, but we finished our drinks and were sitting for more than 30 minutes before she returned (closer to 45 minutes after being seated) and we just asked for our check. She seemed a little shocked and closed us out. It was disappointing as we really enjoy the food and drinks, but this was not a great visit.
