   I had a skinny margarita pizza which was a small base with grilled cheese and a tiny bit of what tasted like ketchup with a bit of salad. Would have sent it back but we were going to the theatre and did not have much time. We had to ask twice for food that we ordered and took ages to come. Bearing in mind it was the holidays and they were rushed off their feet the food was poor. Will not be returning.

    I run a small business, and I was to host our Christmas party at zizzis. I made the booking through the open table app. Upon arrival we were told that zizzis didn't have our reservation. I showed them the confirmation but was informed there was nothing they could do. Firstly, I did not think that the manager handled the situation well, he could have been far more apologetic than he was, and also much more accommodating. In the last 5 years we've held our Christmas party at zizzis twice before and have seen it much busier than it was last night. Secondly, we were told that they are aware of the issue. If that is the case, then between open table and zizzis this should be sorted asap. Luckily, pizza express was able to accommodate us and upon leaving we were told we the first of 3 parties that were in the same situation that had turned up to pizza express. Very disappointed all around.
