Everything was delicious! We loved it!
It was our first time dinning experience at Zaytinya and our server (Carlos L) provided us excellent service and made sure that we enjoy our 5 year anniversary dinner. Thank you
Excellent as always
Loved everything about this place! Will go back next time we're in DC
They had good covid precautions in the restaurant. Prices were very fair and the service was exceptional.
Brunch was very good, SHISH TAOUK
SOUJOUK PIDE, CHICKEN SHAKSHOUKA, and desserts took longer than expected.
I had only had Zaytinya before during restaurant week (and it was amazing), but our patio meal was incredible. We did the chef's tasting menu and had probably 10 different dishes brought to us over 2 hours, plus dessert and some of the best cocktails (um hello Japanese Blossom?!). Service was great, tables are far enough apart to feel comfortable, and the chef's tasting menu is a good bang for your buck!
Food really was excellent! It's the best restaurant I've tried in DC. The portion sizes could have been a bit bigger but overall it was a great experience!
Great wine and fabulous food!
Other than a gaggle of screaming children (six at their own table) behind us, the evening was lovely.
it was delicious and the food was really nice, the outdoor experience could be def improved.
The tables are a little banged up, enough for me to think they had not been wiped. Food was great. Service was nice, just a bit intrusive for a group trying to play catch-up.
Fantastic food options for vegetarians in a great outdoor setting
Great outdoor space which is so important these days! Had a lovely catch up over drinks and mezze with friends.
Superb food. Post COVID wait staff seems untrained.
The patio ambiance as well as the food was ok, but when I walked inside to use the restroom, I found way too much that needed attention. The area around the sink was wet and dirty. The large mirror on the wall immediately outside the restrooms looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean for a year. The bar top had “rings” of stain from glasses, while no one was sitting there. The only thing that I can compliment is the service. Our waiter was excellent. Unfortunately, I will not return.
prompt and tasty well prepared food. Came twice during our three day visit as the whole family enjoyed it.
Great service staff and ambience , music is good but food is bland
Always great service and wonderful food!
Outside dining was perfect.
Great food and lovely outdoor ambiance. Excellent service, but yesterday they forgot two of our food order items. This never happened there before.
Great variety of options for small plates. Mild flavors and options for vegetarians.
Zaytinya is always a favorite, food is consistently good. It didn't seem like there was anything new on the menu but the food was a treat. They take COVID precautions seriously and we were glad to eat there.
All of the food was amazing and service was top notch. Especially loved the Lebanese Chicken and Rice, Beef Soutzoukakia, Spanakorizo and the Greek yogurt with apricots for dessert was absolutely delicious. Great wine recommendations from our server as well. Nice atmosphere on the outdoor patio and very kid friendly. Highly recommend!
Always a wonderful experience here. The brussels sprouts are to die for and their octopus is amazing. And you must get their hummus. Haven't tried something I didn't love.
Excellent as always. Even relatively simple dishes are great. Even the bread dip is wonderful!
Best Mediterranean food in dc!!!
Always the best option when eating out. Food and service was excellent, as always.
my favorite restaurant. the food has a wonderful taste, texture, presentation and overall environment was incredible. definitely recommend for lunch especially.
Great brunch on Easter. We felt very safe socially distanced outside.
The quality of food when eating out during the pandemic has varied. It was so nice sitting down to fresh, high quality food. We really enjoyed our brunch!
Great brunch!
We had the Easter Brunch Special with a selection of three mezze and a dessert.
My Fattoush was amazing, roasted Brussels sprouts had a super delicious sauce.
My chicken Shakshuka was a bit too sweet for my taste
The fluffy bread is something you cannot stop eating and they keep bringing more!!
One of the best Ayrans I ever had.
This restaurant never disappoints. Their flavors are delicious and authentic cuisine.
Patio dining was great and we were thankful for the shelter from the wind.
Great food and wine options, the 20 min delay in getting out table ready was worth the wait.
Excellent food.
We had reservations and staff at the entrance not very friendly or accommodating
A few hiccups at the table but we ordered " chef experience" and the food was very good
I would definitely recommend it!
Wonderful dining experience. The wine list was great. We got the tasting menu and each item was excellent. Highly recommend this option!
The food and Service were both absolutely Excellent! The reason I gave a 3 stars to the overall was for the following: My husband and I, both in Our 60’s and well dressed, approached the front desk and asked if we could be seated for lunch, it was just us two and the time was approximately 10 minutes until 2:00 pm. The woman at the desk asked if we had reservations, unfortunately we did not. I was then told that unfortunately they were committed for the entire day, I thanked her and walked outside. I then opened OpenTable and saw there were numerous reservations available, I booked one for 2:15. I then walked back inside and told the same woman that I now had a reservation that I had just made on OpenTable, she confirmed my name and reservation and my husband and I were promptly seated. I’m still wondering why we were told they were committed for the entire day when there were plenty of reservations available via OpenTable. I have added our photo so you can see we don’t look offensive, this is us at our home.
Incredible as always. Every time I eat here I am completely blown away. How is it possible to be so consistently phenomenal? Chef menu was amazing, service was so kind and on point. Thank you for a lovely brunch!!
The food was great and the server was very friendly. However, when the bill came out, it was almost double the price of what would have been listed on the money, and it was not broken down by items. I feel like I was overcharged.
We had the breakfast, best omelet I have ever had. It was the perfect size, not too big but was made with the freshest ingredients so it was perfect portion.
