One of my favorite places, but tables are too close together making it very crowded and very difficult for the staff to walk around without bumping into seated customers. On edge about staff holding trays of food, drinks, or dirty dishes directly above my head. Rather uncomfortable.

Love this place! Sat outside, and the environment and ambience were perfect. I will say our service could have been better; I felt slightly rushed at times. However, the food was delicious. My favorites were the grape leaves, Brussels, lamb kebab, and octopus. Something to note is that portions are pretty small - I came with three friends, and we each got a couple bites out of every plate.

Brian was fantastic. I had the Chefs Experience Menu. Amazing flavors from every item, but the Garides Saganaki surprised me with its unique delicious flavor. Left nourished and happy. Great ambiance and an even better staff. I will be returning.

2nd time to restaurant. First time was upstairs and hard to get service. This time by front window in table for 2. Tables are WAY too close together. Over a dozen times we had the waitress move between tables on either side of us and her butt was literally over our food. This is not her fault- there should be only 3 tables where there are 4. The waiters cannot get to customers. Food is delicious. Small plates are really small- 4 bites of chicken. Desserts amazing. Water and bread service very prompt. The decor would be pretty if place was cleaner. Clean the floor please- look at the floor by walls. All issues I have are not the cook or servers fault but ownership. Place is too loud, too cramped in, and assembly line feel- not fine dining. Have less tables quieter music and better cleaning staff. Keep the menu.

Food was great! Everything came out at a good time. Service was also good, server was always checking in to make sure we were ok. However, the tables are placed very close together and it makes it hard to have a conversation with the person in front of you. The place is noisy!

We went for a late dinner with kids after watching sunset at the National Mall. The restaurant was packed and noise, but food and service were excelent. Their mediterranean food is a must in DC. If you like mediterranean food (in this case more Turkish/Greek/Lebanese) this is top noch. Everything was freshly prepared and with perfect seasoning. We ordered a few Mezzes and shared. It was delicious. Their Fatouch salad is Amazing, don't miss it.
