If small plates and Mediterranean food appeals to you, Zaytinia is the place to go. The presentation of the plates is lovely, We had "giant beans with kale" which was like a soup to our surprise but delicious. Another surprise was the "Crispy eggplant with apricots" which looked like chicken nuggets. The "chicken touk" was as expected; love the garlic sauce. The only less appealing dish was the "cauliflower with capers, etc)" but I'm not crazy about cauliflower in general.

Had lunch here with friends. Food (vegetable mezzos) was so yummy! Definitely worth it! Noise level is a bit high for 70 year olds but tolerable when food is so good.

You know, this was the third time I’ve eaten here, and every time I leave wondering why we keep coming back. The food and the service were fairly mid level. Maybe the food would get 3.5-4 stars if I had a half star option. The service was definitely very average. As far the food specifics go, for Turkish- Mediterranean type food, the pita, hummus, and other dips were very average. The roasted cauliflower, Brussels, and bone marrow kibbeh were all above average and actually pretty dang yummy. I guess that’s why we have come back- because much of the food is above average. I just have a hard time saying the food was great. “Pretty good” would be a good description. Definitely serves as a great spot as far as location goes. Service was very average. Cocktails were not remarkable either. Very average.

Our food and service was unbelievable. We had a wonderful time. The restaurant is very noisy, so it was difficult to have conversation, but we were too busy eating to let it bother us.

Overall very good. Got the special tasting menu which was a prix fixe. A lot of food. I have always loved their just out of the oven pita bread. First, best baba ghannouj ever. Great yoghurt soup. Very good hummus. The roast pepper and feta appetizer was ok. A bit bland for me. The wheat grain with roast red pepper was ok. Would not repeat it. The fried calamari were amazingly tender and tasty. The squash saganaki was good but the squash could have been cooked a bit more. The saffron rice was tasty but dry. The pan fried branzino was nicely done. In the next course, the filet was cooked to rare perfection, and the roast Brussels sprouts with yoghurt sauce were very tasty. The lemon potatoes were bland not lemony at all. For dessert, the Turkish coffee chocolate cake was good with the ice cream and crunchy praline (I think that’s what it was) but better yet was the apricot and milk(or yoghurt) parfait. That was really delicious. Throughout, the service was excellent. But one of the issues I have always had with Zaytinya is the noise level. Near impossible to carry a conversation. But it’s still a good place for a meal.
