Zambras is a pleasurable dining experience every single time. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about the food and beverage selections and the preparation is unique and exhibits culinary talent. I was proud to introduce two dear friends to Zambras last weekend during a short visit to Asheville. They were extremely satisfied with all of our dish choices and we had a memorable time of terrific food, laughter, and conversation. Thank you Trey for your prompt and pleasant service.

Authentic Spanish with some Mexican thrown in for good measure. The wine list is predominately Spanish and outstanding at that. The wine prices are outstanding. The food is the real deal with the right amount of spice and savoury. A true food destination. The evening was made by our server Jill who was amazing. All smiles and very knowledgeable. I actually spoke to the manager on her behalf she was that good!

The tapas are amazing, and so is the sangria! Definitely try the pomegranate pork spring rolls! YUM!

Had dinner at Zambras with friends while visiting the Asheville area for a concert. The restaurant's atmosphere is warm, cozy, romantic and a wonderful place to spend the evening on a chilly night! The food was excellent and there was an excellent variety, with lots of vegetarian options. Lots of small plates to easily share around the table. The brussel sprouts and cauliflower were especially good and big hits with our crowd. The bread pudding on the dessert menus was very good as well. The only complaint would be that our server was that, after becoming "very busy", she was not so happy about taking care of the needs of our table. We understand being busy, but not rude, to your guests, especially as the gratuity is automatically added to the check, preventing you from speaking to that lack of service accordingly. It did not ruin our evening though, as everything else more than compensated for it!!

Service was great, our server ( sorry, I can't recall her name) did a great job. Nice vibe in a basement setting. Decor was cool & casual, very comfortable. Server made us feel relaxed and not in a rush. Plus she had an adorable haircut which was perfect . Will visit again soon .

The menu is unending...the food is fabulous...atmosphere is fun and the waitstaff is always so very pleasant. A great spot to dine before enjoying a show at NC Stage!

Fun Girls night out - great service, fun atmosphere but it was really noisy and hot. Was nice to order a selection of small plates and try a variety of foods. Servers recommendations were spot on. We would have stayed longer and enjoyed drinks after dinner but it was so noisy and hot that we went somewhere else to finish the evening.
