We had invited one of our clients for dinner and normally your service is excellent. Somehow, yesterday I personally found that there were plenty of moments when I could not find any staff members to assist me with ordering the food. Please do not take action against anybody but maybe a practice that one staff member is always available to watch all the tables would be professional service in my opinion. Otherwise when they were available they served us very well. Thanks for the evening.
We arrived earlier than booked, but our table was ready for us. The lady at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and polite. The gentleman who waited on us was also professional and friendly and ensured our dining experience went smoothly.
The starters, mains and dessert were all delightful. From the Tiger prawns to the buttered chicken, to the pistachio Brulee. Exquisite on the palate. Highly recommend it and shall certainly visit it again.
i loved everything we tried on the menu. The chicken biryani is really delicious and not spicy.
The brown dal and scallop started are tasty but a little on the spicy side.
The beetroot rocket salad was so fresh and tasty.
Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and an outstanding service.
The food was amazing and outstanding hospitality.
My first time back to Zaikas for a while and I remember their delicious dishes with truffled naan and gin martinis with curry leaves…
It is now very average, not to the same standard especially at the prices charged. It’s no longer on my list of local favourites. Such a shame.
Five stars all round, excellent on every level! Highly Reccomend.
Was a wonderful evening with very attentive staff.
An extremely good Botanic Cocktail followed by some delicious food. Though l would love to see a Chickpea dish on the menu and a traditional Rasmali at least as an option with the fusion version available.
Service, food, atmosphere were amazing. We invited out friends to be back together
Zaika delivers the perfect marriage of spice & gorgeousness. The food is always delicious & beautifully presented.
Thank you Ligorio for making our lunch so wonderful.
Starting from the very kind and pleasant host to our lovely Maître d’ Mohammed, the decor, and most importantly the food, Zaika has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Such attention to detail and the flavors are absolutely delicious. My mother and I will be coming back!
Food was incredible. We opted for the taster menu and couldn’t fault it. The wine pairings also seemed good. Stars were lost due to restaurant ambience and service. Came away feeling a bit underwhelmed. Paying over £100 per head (including ‘optional 12.5% service’ added to the bill I felt that I should have been treated as an extra special guest. Sadly that wasn’t the case. Came away and reflected on the extra touches and effort that could have been made which would make me rave about the meal. Instead, I feel slightly disappointed that it wasn’t as special as the prices. Big mistake was to seat us next to a couple with a toddler who had no idea how to behave in such a restaurant when the rest of the place was empty. It did later fill up to create an amazing atmosphere but our first impression had been spoilt. Also feel that in current climate more Covid measures should still be in place. Great food, but sadly left with feeling that I was much poorer could do so much better to make guests feel like royalty!
I always go back to Zaika whenever I miss authentic indian food.
With service I felt bit low as couple of time the water jug was not filled and for takeaway food they charged delivery charges but after mentioning they removed it… just adding this small things sometimes doesn’t give a good feeling when it comes to name.
Last but not least I will be visiting again and again.
They must do some improvement on the taste of the food, especially you cannot taste species in the food, nor onion or garlic, coriander.
Very good restaurants. I recommand it strongly for a proper indian restaurant experience
The best Indian restaurant in London. I have been going for over 10 years and it keeps getting better.
It was our first time attending the restaurant. Our waiter Aktar was amazing, so professional yet so friendly. He really made us feel welcome and comfortable.
Amazing food, amazing service! Will definitely be back.
Décevant par rapport à mes expériences passées
Excellent Northern Indian food, great service & very nice staff
Good food, nice people and nice place.
The place was really nice, however the waiter did not speak English well and although we asked him to bring us a mild version of one of the courses, it arrived quite spicy.
Amazing food and service by Rosario. Chef came out to see us. Wonderful experience.
Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely phenomenal - beautifully cooked, stunningly presented and clever takes on traditional dishes. The staff and service were excellent, especially the wait staff who were knowledgable and helpful. The venue is gorgeous, which adds to the entire experience. Overall it was a fantastic evening and I will definitely be back again
Delicious food, pure gorgeousness!
Great atmosphere, buzzing. Food beautifully presented
Amazing food and very friendly staff.
Very good choice of wines, the service was very good as was the food
Warm greeting, prompt friendly service, delicious food, great ambience, fair pricing, nice atmosphere, unsurprisingly we really enjoyed ourselves and are now looking forward to the next visit.
From the moment we were greeted at the entrance , we felt welcome and enjoyed our evening thoroughly. The lady at the desk was so helpful ensuring we had a space at the bar as were early . The atmosphere is lively and warm and the food totally delicious . A gem of a restaurant
Ligorio made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was outstanding!
Expertly cooked food but flavours didn’t quite hit the mark. Breads were perfect and obviously cooked in the tandoor.
Very welcoming and attentive but discrete service, which was good. Nice atmosphere and excellent food
Beautiful setting, great service and excellent food. The tasting menu is good value for money.
Waiter a little humourless butfood very good.
One of the best Indian meals.
Starters cooked to perfection.
Took the tasting menu.
Chocolate raramalai was heavenly.
Needs to be on the Michelin list.
Amazing food. Brilliant, friendly service.
Korma curry was cold compared to the butter chicken. Made no effort to celebrate Diwali which I found strange for an Indian restaurant. Naan bread served was quite ordinary. The only positive was the restaurant interior.
The place looks nice. The ambience is good. The food is great. But the waiters are masters at ignoring the clientele. Always pretending to be busy somewhere else.
We were never sure if our order had been taken and understood. Never sure if the drinks or dishes would appear.
But the food and the drinks were excellent.
