   I had the baingan bharta, which was good. It was a bit more tomato-based than I am used to, but it was tasty. I ordered it medium spicy and it was a bit spicier than I expected, but still better than if it had been bland. I also had vegetable samosas with tamarind and mint chutneys which was good, and the garlic naan. I thought their prices were slightly higher than other Indian restaurants in the area, and they charge for pappadam which many provide for free with a meal. Overall, it was a nice option for the area and the food was good.

   The wait staff is attentive but not stifling. The manager Makes sure you are enjoying yourself. The food is always good. I’ve been there many times and intend to keep going many more

   A really nice Indian restaurant right in Erie. Quiet with very good service. Large menu, including a nice wine list, liquors, and cocktails. They do takeout also. Order a margarita!

   The wait staff took excellent care of us, finding the balance of continually checking on us without being annoying. The restaurant was fairly busy (for Covid restrictions being in place), but it felt relaxed and we definitely had our own space for as long as we needed. The food was excellent—I had the Chicken Vindaloo and my wife had the lamb Kerala curry. They ask upfront for your preferred spice (heat) level and make it to order, which is nice because my wife likes very mild food and I enjoy extremely spicy food. Both came out as specified and were absolutely delicious. I ordered a spiced whiskey sour, with the spice being cumin. While a bit odd, it was definitely tasty and they didn’t skimp with the alcohol or overall drink size. We’ll be back in the future for sure.

    Great Indian cuisine. They are busy so expect a longer service when dining in, but worth it.
