Z Cucina di Spirito Dublin
Z Cucina's menu offers flavorful and well seasoned small plates, salads and main courses. Truly a "scratch kitchen" as we make our own ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage, breads and desserts. Our menu also includes our hand-made ravioli, tortolloni and fresh pastas. The restaurant features a full bar with specialties such as the Pera di Miele, Basil Gin Smash and the Blood Orange Margarita. Also offered is a well crafted, artisan wine list with gems from the various regions of Italy including Tuscany, Piedmont, Apulia and Veneto as well as the countries of Spain, France, Australia and the U.S.

Dinner was a positive experience!
Great experience. Z Cucina has the best happy hour in town!
I was seated directly against a wall. Extremely small spaces, lots of people, loud.
The food and wine was delicious. Gigi, our server was wonderful…we will be back!
Waiter was amazing—friendly, talkative, interesting and interested. We had a special celebration and all employees made an effort to recognize the event and the guest of honor. Service was superb. The fried cheese appetizer was outstanding and the complimentary bread is delicious. Lasagne, Margarita pizza, Caesar salad, and chicken Parmesan were luscious. I wasn’t a huge fan of the gazpacho nor the tortelli. Both were quite spicy and the pasta has strong olives. I would stick to the other dishes. The patio is an amazing location to sit. We had the place to ourselves at 5:00 pm with a great view of the sunset. There was some noise from the street, but it was still perfect. They even offered a complimentary pizzelle to our guest of honor. It was scrumptious. What a luxurious experience. Very impressive. Thank you!!
This was our first visit to Z Cucina and we will be going back!
Amazing, authentic, and quality food, and we received the BEST service from our waiter Gregory!!
What a wonderful evening :-)
As always, excellent food and service. Our table of 5 had 5 different pastas, and several salads, and we were all very happy with our meals.
We visited Z Cucina last night for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! We were greeted kindly by the owner, Rick, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions of popular items to try. Everything was delicious and we definitely recommend Z Cucina for a nice dinner in the Bridge Park area.
We have become regulars for the usual reasons … quality food, quality service, quality setting.
We came here for our anniversary and had a very wonderful experience! We met Rick the owner who was very nice and helpful. Madeline our waitress was very attentive and always smiling. You could tell that she enjoyed her job. She seemed very knowledgeable about the menu and answered our questions and did not make us feel rushed. The wine list was extensive. We enjoyed a glass of Pinot grigio. We had the Chatturie board for an appetizer and the cheese selections were excellent . Our entrees were very good I had the cauliflower squash gnocchi ( great for fall) My husband had the sausage and peppers with pasta and really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce.. We will definitely be back, I cannot wait to try the lasagna it looked amazing .
Excellent as always. The chef is brilliant at creating interesting dishes with a combinations of ingredients we’ve not found anywhere else. They have the standard fare too, but if you’re looking for more menu options this is the place
Great area, but way overpriced for the mediocre food served.
The food was excellent and the restaurant itself is very attractive. Our server Trey was very new to his role but did an outstanding job. He was pleasant without being intrusive and kept a very good eye on us. It was a great experience.
Been there twice and had the same waiter, Gregory, each time. Both times we had fantastic service.
Really nice outdoor dining and the staff was clearly interested in us. Good place for good food and great location.
For those that love the Grandview location, the Dublin one will unfortunately disappoint. The best thing here is the calamari. The mozzarella is very underwhelming.
On my most recent visit, I brought in pictures of noodle dishes that look good (from ZCucina's website) in hopes of having their waitress advise me on what to order. I somehow ended up getting the Butternut Squash Cappellacci... what I can only describe as pumpkin pie ravioli. Bad move on my part.
When the bill came, it was dropped simultaneously with our carryout bag, and a cold, "alright folks." No "have a nice night," or any customary pleasantries you'd normally get from a waiter.
It was my wife and my first date out after having our daughter 2 months ago. Got the MIL to watch our baby for the night so I could take her out, ended up being a Wednesday (which could really be any experience at a restaurant, not classically busy night). Host greeted us kindly, atmosphere was beautiful. First time dining here. Gregory our server was a PRO. Haven’t had that kind of service in quite a while. Food was killer, from the bread (I know, but it was outstanding) to the plates. Even brought out a little complimentary dessert for us after mentioning our first night out. Really made our week on a wednesday, and we’re excited to return soon!
Exciting new Fall menu, so many choices from Duck to Squid ink linguine and clams. Many fall favorites with butternut squash. My linguine and clams had an exquisite sauce filled with other seafood delights, best I’ve had outside of Naples. Can’t wait to go back for another entree! You can’t get finer service and ambiance in Dublin.
Took my son on a guys night out. Great restaurant design. Staff extremely attentive including the owner, Rick Z. Started with delicious stuffed parmigiana risotto fritters in a slightly spicy marinara sauce--we loved them. Shared a Caesar salad that had just the right amount of dressing on it. For dinner, my son had the pasta with marinara sauce and a giant meatball--he devoured everything. I went with the house sausage aglio e olio, which was utterly delightful. The garlic bread and olive oil/garlic/marinara sauce for dipping was to die for. Finally, my son finished with the chocolate mousse--it was so good I thought he was going to lick the glass to get every morsel. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant in BridgePark.
Amazing date night out with my boyfriend. We ended up sitting at the bar since the atmosphere was so intimate. Jordan took care of us and Everything was wonderful; drinks, appetizer, soup, salad, flatbread, pasta and service! I highly recommend the Elderflower Martini. It’s definitely a fave of mine. This was our second experience at your establishment and both times have been nothing short of amazing! We look forward to dining with you again! I’m someone who prefers to try a new place all of the time so it’s rare that I choose repeating places much but I definitely will return again soon when in the mood for Italian. Both times I’ve been in the menu has had different options and it has been awesome. Always catering to vegetarians as well which is nice for me since I don’t eat a ton of meat.
First time there. We were celebrating an anniversary. Gigi was a great server! The food was amazing. Homemade pasta was the bomb. Everything tasted super fresh. We will definitely be back!
Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive. The food was exquisite - would highly recommend!
Friendly staff/owner. Food is ok, steak was a bit underdone and fish was raw in the thicker parts of it
Old college roommates from Wittenberg University getting together for a 30 year reunion
This restaurant never disappoints! From special orders to customizing any of their entrees, they always deliver. Our 2 first time guests were blown away by the food and our server Katherine. Each menu item was mouth watering and the house Chianti one of the best you’ll ever have. A true standout place for a great meal in Dublin.
It was a great date night location. We had great service, great drinks, and great food.
Fifty cents worth of pasta for twenty dollars. Chef hasn’t put any effort into creativity. Disappointing.
Great food, great service. Would eat here anytime. Kid friendly
Had a wonderful evening with friends who had never been to Z Cucina before. All of us enjoyed the risotto fritters, my favorite appetizer and the charcuterie platter with a nice glass of wine. The seafood special ( Sea Bass) was cooked to perfection and all our pastas were spot on. Thanks to owner Rick Ziliak for his gracious and welcoming service .... something he prides himself on and is apparent with all his staff.
A wonderful experience. Food was fantastic, server was busy but well informed and friendly. Highly recommend. Was it absolutely the best Italian food I have ever had, no, but top 10 ?
Always good food and great service!
My daughter's homecoming group ate dinner here on Saturday. First I am disappointed in the lack of help with the menu and helping the group understand the menu. Next, most of the group ordered the chicken Alfredo- all of the girls mentioned their chicken was undercooked, the noodles were overcooked and stuck together. One of the girls actually got sick in the restaurant restroom. They are all 14-15 years old, so all they knew to do about the situation was pay their bills, however I feel this was a terrible experience for them, they sent me photos and. videos of their food, they were very accurate about their descriptions.
Food was very good. The restaurant had a lot of energy. Our server, GiGi, was an absolute delight. We love this place.
Our waiter Greg was fantastic!
One of our favorite restaurants, wish we lived closer. We had two pasta dishes w a crab cake app and Caesar salad. Service was excellent outdoor dining is the best
We will be back more often.
Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! As always (and we’ve dined there multiple times) the evening was great!!
Just a nice atmosphere with great food and thoughtful service, very well done!
Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional! Our waiter was so attentive and considerate of dietary restrictions. A great night out!
Another exceptional dining experience at Z Cucina in Dublin. We love 'Meatball Monday' there! Wonderful food and thank you Kendra for fantastic service!
Another fantastic dinner, food and drinks were exceptional as always! And you can never go wrong with the chocolate Mousse
