   We LOVE Yuta at Blue Sky. The ambiance is delightful. It’s a beautiful and intimate setting where you feel like you’ve stepped away from it all. The menu is incredibly unique, meticulously crafted, and we love the fact many of their ingredients come from a local farm. Our go to items are the caviar hash browns and the squash blossoms (when in season). We appreciate the fact the chef will change the preparation of the dishes, taking advantage of ingredients that may only be available for a short time. It’s clear he thinks about every little detail….not just the flavor profiles, but how each item is carefully and purposefully placed on the plate. It’s art. Last night, I had the most delicious piece of perfectly cooked salmon with a hollandaise foam. I’ve never had hollandaise foam and now that I have, I’m not sure I can go back to regular hollandaise. It was out of this world. Besides the food, we dine here often because of the service. We always request Elizabeth. She is just FABULOUS. You can tell she loves what she does and it’s clear she’s spent most of her career in 5 star resorts. Details, details, details.

   It was a great getaway from the busy Park City. We loved every dish, the ambience was great, and the service was amazing. They were attentive and very hospitable, the best service I’ve gotten in a while! Highly recommend.

   Soo bad in the end. One of the staff stole my phone and tried to cover it up. However, outside of it, really, the food and ombiance and the server at the first bar were great. I get it, times are tough but what happened was uncalled for and you can dm me for details. But also putting high level out here- my hubby and I were dining and at end of meal my phone was missing. Made a big stink of it, and I continued to look while my hubby got our car from valet. After 20 min of me looking and never going to the car and complaining, coincidentally my phone was in car next to food that we took home (never was in car ). Such a strange interaction.

   The setting is lovely, the entire service team was great (especially our server Dedy and bartender), but the food was the real star of the show. Se were there for brunch and really enjoyed the pastries, avocado toast, and burgers, plus a couple of the specialty cocktails. It's definitely calm and off the beaten path — directions are tricky, so pay attention and don't trust Google Maps!

   Yuta is as good as Park City has to offer. Wonderful menu, great drinks, and delightful setting. Highly recommend for special occasions.

   Yuta is a beautiful setting. Elizabeth, our server was very good and attentive. I had the elk with the rosti. Elk was fine but potatoes were way overcooked, hard and difficult to cut. Another guest had pork chop and it was overcooked for his taste. I was hoping to be blown away by chef but was not.

    Yuta is a beautiful destination dining experience. Expect a truly special meal and to be given excellent service by well-trained and knowledgeable staff.
