My boyfriend and I were visiting for a ski trip. We sat at the sushi bar & the service was on point. We are vegetarian and there were so many great options even at a sushi restaurant! Everything we tried was delicious…especially loved the veggie ramen. Thanks for a great & favorite meal of our trip.

Sat upstairs with no atmosphere. That doesn’t even bother me if the food was phenomenal but it was subpar. The sushi rise was the dry and slightly undercooked. The selection for Nigiri was minimal- not even unagi?! The green tea was bitter. Our waiter was a bit odd personality-wise. The cucumber salad was very large and good but that was it. Not returning.

Great service and atmosphere! Loved the nigiri salmon and noodle bowl. We eat a lot of sushi and are used to sushi rolls being freshly made so we were a little surprised the California roll tasted like it had been pre-made.

The evening was great! Fantastic food, particularly the Maguro Sashimi. The pork dumplings were great too. Yuki Yama is one of our two favorite stops when we are in Park City! We look forward to our next visit.

We made a reservation 6 weeks in advance for a Friday night in the High season. We were seated promptly, and the service was excellent. That said, the real star of the show is the food, and this was expertly crafted. We had a selection of specialty rolls, multiple appetizers, and each one was as good as the last. Can't recommend highly enough, and that's not an altitude joke.

We loved our meal at Yuki Yama! Perhaps out sushi expectations for Park City were a little low, but we were very impressed by the quality of the fish, the overall vibe of the restaurant and the attentiveness of the staff. Uni and Chutoro were great. We regularly dine at high end sushi spots in NYC and we were very happy with everything here. We went mostly with Nigiri sushi, but had a couple other creative dishes and maki rolls as well. It was all great. We look forward to returning!

This is one place we always stop at during our annual pilgrimage to Park City. As always, the food was creative and fresh, the service on point. I want to also add that they have always been accommodating to the last minute scheduling whims of our young adult children. Book well in advance of your trip - cozy and always full.

The food was great, but the service was poor from the hostess to the server. The water person had wonderful service. There was zero connection between the staff and the customer, and overall, the customer experience was terrible. Not what we remembered from a couple years ago.

Waiter (male) was not attentive and didn’t seem that busy. Other tables being waited on by different server (female) had much better service. He didn’t clean the table between courses, we asked a few questions about a few items on the menu and he read the information on the menu back to us with no additional info I love Yuki Yama but this experience was less than stellar
