Food was excellent. All the servers were very kind and friendly with my daughters.
Great, lively Japanese restaurant on Main St in Park City. Very creative menu-both plates and sushi.
We take our children to Yuki Yama each winter break and it has become our little tradition - from the Wagyu beef salt block and sushi (and now Ramen) Its a hit for everyone!
Server was complaining to us as well as to the table next to us about everything under the sun. Sushi was average, expected a better.
We love Yuki Yama! Link and his team are the absolute best. Hospitality at its friendliest and finest.
The cocktail I had was the best in town. Amazing sushi!
We had a large group of 9 people. The restaurant accommodated us with comfortable seating. Our food server Billy was very knowledgeable about sushi, the menu, and made some wonderful recommendations. The sushi was superb!! This is becoming my favorite restaurant in all of Park City / Deer Valley.
We love this restaurant so much. A highlight of our annual trip to Park City. Long live Mr Miyagi forever!
food is great but expect to wait for a long time on weekends or holiday weeks. even with a reservation you'll likely be seated 15-30 minutes later so plan your reservation for earlier than you want to eat. great food
Service & Food are outstanding.
We had a great evening at Yuki Yama. Staff recommendations were awesome. Staff was fun and friendly.
Unfortunately the quality of food was not good. Service was slow and family could not eat together due to food being brought at very different times. Variety of non-spicy items would be appreciated
Not many options for sushi rolls.
Family ski trip/ vacation dinner. Very expensive , my NYC son felt the prices were “ normal”. Good quality food but honestly, the sushi was good but far from great. Cool space though.
We always make a point to eat at Yuki Yama whenever we are in Park City. The sushi is inventive and fresh. Tonight they had fatty tuna from Spain. We ALWAYS get the Wagyu Beef Tataki — so flavorful! I’m almost tempted to get two orders for our family of four. Rick was very attentive and gave us great recommendations for sake. We have been coming for maybe four years now and always chat with Danny, who is always so friendly and hospitable.
Phenomenal sushi, menu and service.
Would highly suggest if you enjoy sushi
We had heard mixed reviews, but were quite happy. Server was very good, served food quickly and with good information and humor. Loved the rolls, good sake selection. All in all a great experience.
Outstanding food and service. Sashimi was the freshest! Will definitely visit again.
Best sushi I’ve ever had. Service was patient and calm. Loved it!!
The best Japanese and sushi restaurant in the State of Utah. It can get crowded during weekend, but you can wait for table walking and shopping on Main St. Kudos to Chef Kirk-san and staff. Great job!
The food was decent (the Ya-mamae was the best part). Service was pretty awful as we had a VERY unattentive and dismissive waitress. My friend had to flag down 4 people to ask about her order that never came (there was a table next to us that arrived after our party and ordered the same thing as my friend and got their food 20 mins before my friend did). Also, we had put in a birthday note to the waitress who said there would be complimentary desert but that never arrived. Overall, I wouldn't come again due to the very poor service.
Loved our first trip to Yuki Yama. the team was quick to get us in, the sushi was top notch and we have already told our friends and family about the best little Sushi restaurant in Park City. Loved it all!
Food was delicious. Service was great. Would highly recommend yuki Yama to anyone looking for a delicious enjoyable meal.
Yuki Yama boasts some of the best sushi and Asian cuisine I have ever had in my life.. ever. The ribs are to die for!
Unfortunately an off night for this restaurant... slow service
We always have to grab dinner at Yuki Yama when we are in PC. Highly recommend.
We were only in Park City for 3 days and ate here twice! The food is excellent and the service is second to none! Kudos to the entire team, but especially Stacey, Danny, Kirk, and Matt! We'll definitely be back!
Service was good. Miso soup was very good. Bruce Lee Roy was overpowered by toasted onion.
The Wagyu beef dish cooked on the salt block was phenomenal.
Chef Eric and Billy were fantastic!! A meal extraordinaire.
We are a vegetarian family with 2 teenagers. My son wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We ordered everything vegetarian on the menu and it was all devoured. Our favorite rolls were the Beatrix Potter, the Veggie and the Azumi. The mushroom gyoza were also amazing. The stiffed shishito peppers had a little kick to them. The service was amazing. They were constantly clearing away our dirty dishes. We will likely go back here for every birthday celebration (and in-between). It is more expensive but well worth it!
SO good! The sake selection was outstanding and the server had exceptional knowledge in the food and drink. She was very helpful with recommendations. We love sushi and sashimi but the menu had so many unique choices we ventured off and also had some mushroom dumplings that I could live on (this exclusively) for the rest of my life if I had to pick one thing! Amaze. The sashimi combo chef's choice was a great way to try a few things we hadn't before, and the Green Hornet maki was ridiculous good. Can't wait to go back!
Yuki Yama Sushi is fantastic!!
We made reservations for a Saturday at 7pm. Their service is unparalleled.
Drinks were never empty, and we had an appetizer by 7:15, first course by 7:35 and then a second course completely eaten by 7:55pm.
We loved every bit of the different rolls we ordered.
Our server, Nate, was very attentive without being overbearing at all. Super nice staff and really awesome food.
We will definitely be returning for more deliciousness at Yuki Yama!!!
Bruce Lee Roy, Spice Tuna, and Shrimp Maki rolls.
Great quality sashimi and nigiri and unique menu offerings.
Best sushi and service! One of our favorite places to eat in Park City.
This was our first time trying this restaurant. The food we had was very good and i would go back to try other options on the menu. One was called 84060 (?) or something similar and we really enjoyed it. The crispy tuna is excellent. The vibe was .... well on the real quiet side but End of October in Park City is not exactly a high energy time.
First time eating sushi in Park City for 2-years from bad experiences at other restaurants. The specials of the day were excellent and what you would expect from a Japanese sushi house. All the fish was top notch and cut correctly. The maki was available with soy paper or seaweed. and the service from Mary and Riley was five-star.
Had dinner here this past Saturday evening. We ordered the sashimi platter, uni and a couple of rolls. The fish was amazingly fresh and the portion size was fair.
The service was very friendly, prompt and efficient.
Looking forward to going back again.
Incredibly disappointing service from the “general manager”, Dustin. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday at Yuki Yama with a party of 9. When we arrived, we were put at two tables next to each other, rather than none table, which we didn’t complain about or make an issue.
At the end of dinner, the server brought our check which wasn’t separated, despite the fact that we had each made it a point to explain how we were breaking things up as we ordered. Having been a server in the past, we were more than understanding, and asked how we should approach it. She asked us to just break out how we wanted it separated, and she would break it out. Please keep in mind the receipt said they break up checks, but charge a 20% service fee to do so, which was fine with us.
After our group writing who belonged to what, we never saw our server again. Instead, Dustin, the extremely unprofessional “manager” came and essentially told us we were ridiculous for wanting our check split, and that he didn’t want to spend 30 min splitting it up. His attitude and the way he spoke to us was the problem. Rather than speaking to us like we were paying customers, he spoke down to us, and acted like we were a complete inconvenience to him.
It is important to point out that the majority of us had been servers, and were extremely polite and non-confrontational in this manner. The manager lost his cool, and told us we were welcome to not come back to the restaurant. When we asked to speak to somebody that could be more calm, he told us that he was the general manager and there was nobody higher. We asked for the owners contact info.
After asking for the owners info, he quickly changed his tone and offered to split the check. 40 minutes later he brought our checks back, and with more attitude handed us the “owners email”.
Horrible customer service from the manager, which ruined a birthday and the experience of 9 clients that night. 9 clients that won’t be back.
