   Haven’t gone since they added the set menu in Feb. The menu is put together in a way for you to try something new without the headache of coming up with something on the spot. You usually will doubt yourself in someway if it’s dealers choice. It’s easy to say I like xyz but get the drink and be low-key disappointed. This solves that issue. If you do have an inspirational cocktail you’ve been wanting to try they will accommodate the request. Everyone is always so professional and friendly it’s not stiff in anyway. This is a 5 Star bar hands down. Chris really stood out for our experience by not only being knowledgeable and willing to try to throw together a French toast desert cocktail but his personality. Not just trying to hold a professional stature but reading the room/table and enjoy himself in conversation. It’s these interactions that make these places truly special!

   I went a couple of months ago and their menu has changed. In November, it was 3 custom made (dealer's choice drinks) which made youngblood special. It was soo good that the previous price point of $65 was a steal and I would value its at $100+. I was a frequent visitor but now the value has depreciated. The new menu is 2 preset menu drinks and only 1 dealers choice. The drink quality is exceptional and the value at the $85 price point is justified. I highly recommend this place but I rate it a 4 as yb is not the same. Before the menu update, the last course drink was one of the best drinks I have had but their new preset menu (still high quality), doesnt have that magical feel to it. I hope they make the menu atleast 2 bespoke drinks as this place was built upon the high quality bespoke feel which it is now losing.

   I’ve been lucky enough to visit Speakeasies all over the world, Youngblood might be my number 1 of all of them. Such an amazing, tailored experience every time. Already looking forward to the next visit!

   This was our third visit to Youngblood, and our first since they incorporated the new menu format. I’ll be honest - we were skeptical with the updated approach. We loved the bespoke three course style of Youngblood of the past. I gotta say… the new format works! A lot! The menu format allows the bartenders to use more time-consuming techniques and compound infusions in their drinks. If you’re a fan of cocktails, this is a great thing. It’s all the creativity and care that we loved about Youngblood, just elevated. And the “second course” allows for that same personal experience, without the pressure of trying to describe all your favorite flavors for all three courses. The Lesson; Dear Reader - we loved our third experience here, Zach and Alexandria are wizards, and the menu format is terrific.

   Wonderful first time experience. Very expensive, so glad we had a chance to try it - will be our only visit. Drinks, ambience and service was perfect. We liked how you get chips and a few tiny pickles to snack on and recommend eating prior since this is the only “food” offered. The recent reviews were correct and I feel would be better if all three drinks were created for you.

   Beautiful decor within the speakeasy. Mixologists are very passionate about their craft. Curated menu is very well done with interesting flavor combinations.

    Had a date night here because of a TikTok we had seen. The concept was original. A three course meal inspired drink menu. The TikTok I had seen was 3 custom drinks according to your liking and style. However, the first and third course are now “picked” for you. I was able to make some adjustments to my third however my boyfriend and i still decided to switch, as it was too strong for my liking. Id also like to add that our bartender had left for a break. I feel like this is important because he had got to know us for the first two courses that I feel like my third course would’ve been tailored a lot better with someone that was more so my style, which is the whole concept. My second course, that’s completely tailored to you, was perfect. I asked for tropical, creamy, sweet but not overly sweet, and tart. I got exactly what I asked for! If I came again and my bartender took a break I would simply just ask if I could wait for mine to come back because of them simply getting to know you and your palate for drinks. But overall, the experience was amazing and I’m thinking of coming back with a group for my birthday…. Also, they do not have any food just “snacks”given for a palate cleanser.
