   I’d give their lunch program 0 star if I could. When I ordered lunch, I followed their instruction letter by letter. The first time I couldn’t find the text box to put in Young Art camp, so I went back and changed it. During that and for the second time I made sure to pull all the way to the bottom of the page and read everything. There's nothing talking about when I wanted the lunch ready. I trusted their instructions and that their made arrangements to have children over to California Pizza Kitchen at noon. It didn't even occur that CPK would default to something bizarre like having children's lunch ready after the camp close for the day. Sure, they called me about 30 min after their scheduled lunch time to inform me the children had no lunch and I didn’t pick up immediately. I tried to call as soon as I found out and could only try to resolve the urgent situation one spotty text message after another. Parents have projects, meetings, etc. and can't be by the phone all the time. That's why we trust camps. Our kids go to school and other cams that provide lunch. They all let the parents order a day at least the day, sometimes even the weeks in advance for the kids lunch. Their lunch providers don't have ridiculous default. If something goes wrong, they also have backup lunch options so children won't go hungry for almost 2 hours while adults go through layers of corporate bureaucracy to trouble shoot the situation.

   Over time, your quality has significantly declined. I sometimes bring my 4- and 7-year-old daughters to you for fun activities. However, this time I was not satisfied with the quality. Two years ago, you were creating higher-quality drawings, but this year, we ended up with a poor picture simply by coloring. Previously, children were taught how to draw, but this time, they were just given paper, and their coloring was merely observed. There was no instruction on how to draw or color, and today we ended up with a very poor result.

   Stuff leave little kid alone and work with other clients, this place only works well at your first visit. Once you purchased package, they don’t care about your experience at all. Feel sorry for my son, he will never get same experience and assistance in the future like his first time. The stuffs are lack of basic professional including the front desk. No one said hi and no good bye once you paid and get in to wait.

   Nobody helped my daughter draw. They left her alone to do whatever she wanted. That's why I left her at home and I did it with her.

   Crowded and kids first time do not feel very welcome! They are all distracted and had to wait for assistance while the time is running out.
