   We had heard about this restaurant from several friends so we decided to try it. We’ve eaten at many sushi restaurants, so beyond freshness and variety we judge our experience on the portions and the size of the fish. To be honest we were very underwhelmed by what we had at Yakitori. We ordered side salads and a boat for two people. Firstly, at most places an entree like that would come with a choice of soup or salad - it would not be a la carte. So another $14.00 later, we had our salad. Secondly, we thought that the boat, priced at $68.00, was ridiculously small for two people. Thankfully we actually ordered the salad!! This is a place I will NOT come back to.

   Food is great, everyone was very nice and the food came out very quick. But then again, I haven’t been to an Asian restaurant where the food didn’t come out fast.

   The sushi at this restaurant is unbelievably fresh. There is such a variety to choose from each role is fantastic. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

   Recently we have only gone here for dinner but this time we went for lunch. Quality of food was excellent and some entrees were identical but smaller portions and lower prices. Also lunch memo had some unique and fairly priced options. Also took advantage of happy hour pricing for cocktails.

    Our server Melissa was excellent. She was very nice, efficient and conscientious. I will definitely ask for her when I’m there if she’s working.
