   Delicious food and fun concept with having the chef as the server and cooking our dishes perfectly, but needs a dramatic interior revamp and exhaust fans. Interior is mismatched, sad, and cheap, but again, the food was delicious. Bit of a weird disconnect. Fun to go with foodie friends who can afford to pay premium for yakiniku and don't care about ambiance and smelling like a cookout afterwards, but not a beautiful restaurant for a romantic date.

   There was only 3 other people at the restraunt. Wish it had more people for the ambiance. It was also very quiet. Staff was great. Quality of food was great and the service was great. If you like high end steak then this is the place your you. Although, the scallop was pretty amazing too.

   One of a kind experience. Such personal service and the food was so excellent. Made for a special Valentine’s Day.

   Not as good as it used to be.. Servers acted weird towards us. I’ve been here probably 6 times since they opened and this was my worst experience

   Our server was unpleasant and cold. Food was good but high priced. They add 25% to the final bill. Not bad but no rush to return.

   Have you ever dreamed about having a meal where everything was perfect? Have you ever thought, I would love to taste Waygu beef and have it melt in my mouth? Do you have someone special in your life who you want to have a once in a lifetime dining experience? You will have all these things happen, and more, when you choose Yakiniku Shodai. I can say without hesitation, this was one of the best, if not the best dinners I’ve ever experienced. Yes, there will be sticker shock, but this isn’t Sizzler. Go ahead and live life. You will never ever regret you did this for yourself and the person(s) you love. Thank you Shodai, for the meal, experience, evening of a lifetime.

    This was a fantastic experience with every dish and aspect of the food, its preparation and presentation explained. The staff really added to our dinner.
