Celebrated my mom and inlaw’s birthday. Food was really good. We love it. Nice view and you can park on the streets. They also have a cafe downstairs by the lobby.
I love the vibe of this place ! Great understated rooftop in Hollywood. The menu is amazing
I had vegetarian friendly options. Vegetable skewers, vegetable fried rice, and mango papaya salad were all good! Great vibe & wonderful service. Small plate options only.
Casual pop up. Outdoor with nice view. Loved the food. Would skip the salads.
AWFUL VALET. was late to dinner just because valet was not peking any cars for about 30 minutes. totally ruined my friend’s birthday. we were so excited but had to make new pons pay minute
Was great! Loved Riley. Great food great atmosphere
Everything was on point! Kudos to Lauren for the great service.
Honestly the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time! Mikey is amazing! Food and cocktails were great as well.
This is a new place. Loved the ambiance and the view. I found it kind of weird the hotel rooms were also on the same floor and one room was directly in front of the tables. Over a good place to go
Best experience ever. 10/10! The server was absolutely fantastic - I cannot remember his name but he has the best personality with the bluest eyes. Even the chef came and greeted my mother and I!! I will most definitely be back!!
The Restaurant really surprised my expectation. The foods were delicious and the service was great.
Went for Mother’s Day brunch, the view is beautiful and the food is delicious. The chicken and waffles is a must
We loved our dinner. Took my sister out for Mother's Day and we had the perfect night. Great view, nice ambimace so you chat , and food was great. The chef checked on us too.
It's not cheap, but the view in Hollywood and rooftop make it worth it.
Parking at the valet was really bad and we were late for our reservation. Otherwise the ambiance was nice and service was friendly. The food was really good but small portions and selection ideal for an afternoon drink away from the hustle and bustle.
This dinner was to celebrate a major milestone in my partner’s life. We were greeted warmly and promptly shown to a table we requested, with a view. Beautiful space! Mikey was our server and from the start he was kind, humorous, and informative. Genuinely outstanding service, and we had a blast chatting about food and lifestyle with him. We are so happy this pop-up is there to stay! We will put it into our regular rotation and be back with more friends, definitely.
The chef was incredible ! Very thoughtful dishes with simplicity
Amazing food, great service, great view. This was our first meal out since Before-Times, and it was the perfect celebration meal.
Great food, amazing staff, wonderful ambiance, made for a perfect evening!
Nothing special. A bit overpriced. Not sure I would go back when there are so many places in LA with great yakitori.
The food was amazing!! The yakitori was so good and the
Great food—perfect for outdoor spring/summer
The salmon skewers and the hamachi were outstanding! Chef Jeff and the entire staff are amazing. Went for the view and will be returning because of the food, service and ambiance!
As a long time fan of JaneQ, YakiQ takes it to the next level - literally! Everything from the stunning rooftop views, calm yet hip atmosphere and refreshingly innovative dishes and cocktails, YakiQ is second-to-none. This restaurant also consistently has the best service and most personable team in LA. Don’t second guess making a reservation - just do it. You won’t be sorry!
Yaki Q LA is such a great spot! Mikey was so great to my group and was such a rockstar. Food was amazing!
Everything was good. One note: They told us some items were “definitely shareable” and they were definitely not 😂 other than that it was fine. The food was delicious!! (Not for sharing) Drinks were just ok
Everything was great I randomly found that place and I’m so glad
I was unaware that this was a pop up on a 5th floor rooftop but the drinks were bland, the food was not good at all (rice was hard and wagyu sandwich was fried on outside but medium rare inside with no flavor) so we sent it back
We still paid $170 for a barely eaten dinner for two and two rounds of drinks (after removal of the wagyu) and ended up going to another restaurant to have a great dinner for half the price afterward.
Limited menu. food was not good and ultimately was a really disappointing experience
Fantastic experience and evening. The service, food, cocktails and ambiance were simply amazing!
Incredible food, and beautiful spot. The rooftop is absolutely stunning. Wonderful cocktails as well!
Riley and Chef Alfredo made our experience wonderful.
The best food in La I’ve had so far!
Riley was well informed and knowledgeable about the menu and drink options.
We left extremely satisfied!
Spot on food. Great service. Awesome rooftop location.
Great spot will be a regular -
Jane Q downstairs and Ever Bar on the lobby level were basically weekly stops for us (if not almost daily), and going back and being treated like family was a hell of a homecoming after quarantine. It’s sparkling clean, staff is kind and considerate and you feel like you can somehow have a break from everything with this casual rooftop spot. Also, the food is AH-MAZING.
Food and service were excellent. That wagyu sando.
cute idea, room service being served on the roof with a flare. kind of chilly and not too much food to choose from but they try hard and overall pretty decent.
The food was simply amazing. The chef came over to our table and could not have been more gracious. The view was lovely.
Now, the cons. It was very cold. One heat lamp for every two tables is not enough. The somewhat passive aggressive server/host commented that this is winter in LA, assuming we were tourists. It was very rude. Then when he saw how much we were ordering, he changed his tune quite quickly. I guess he realized if he wanted a nice tip, passive aggressive behavior isn’t the best plan?
I would honestly follow this chef anywhere. The food was that good.
Menu is spot-on for location (rooftop)---Chef does an incredible dish with Wagu as well as lobster. Fresh and authentic presentation. I strongly recommend and will be going back. Impressive Chef. Very impressive.
Very nice experience. Food was nothing short of amazing with great service. Only downfall, not enough heat lamps and it was really cold.
Excellent food, service and view. Highly recommended place. Will be back again!
Surprising deliciousness on a rooftop in Hollywood. Would love some different musical vibes , but that’s about the only change I would make. Obviously can get breezy and cool but it is Winter so check your weather before making your reservation.
