   What the heck happened? We arrived for our dinner reservation to find it was closed for a mechanical issue. No call no email no warning. Very disappointing !!

   Made reservations on OpenTable (via Xavi's own website) only to show up and see a sign taped to the front door saying they were closed. Not sure whose fault that was but you guys need to get it together. Maybe consider updating your site (and your OpenTable listing) so people don't waste time and gas like my wife and I did.

   Probably should stop taking reservations for a closed restaurant! Doors closed and locked, phone disconnected! Very disappointing as we were really looking forward to it.

   When we got to the restaurant it was closed. There was a sign on their door that they were closed due to mechanical issues, yet they never let Open Table know that they would not be opened. In addition, we had called the restaurant prior to our arrival and there was not a message on their answering machine either to indicate the closure. Very disappointing and poor customer relations.

   Unable to fairly review this restaurant as it was closed the night of our reservation. We were not informed of this until we showed up and say the sign on the door.

   Xavi was closed due to "mechanical problems", but we and other patrons who showed up for our 7pm reservations were not notified of the closing. It was very disappointing. Someone from either Open Table or Xavi Restaurant should have taken the initiative to notify us. It put a damper on my wife's birthday celebration for us and other family members.

   I was a bit disappointed this time. This was my 3rd time here for dinner. One other time for Sunday brunch. Chicken was too salty. Sisters chicken was the same. Beef dish too salty. Service great but a bit heavy with the salt.

    This is our second time at Xavi, and we were not disappointed either time. The menu is interesting and diverse. We generally prefer small plates so we can taste and share several things, and this restaurant works well for this. We will definitely go again.
