Went to the other location multiple times and always loved it. I was excited to take my date here for his first time. Our server seemed like she hated her job, was not friendly at all. Barely smiled, and seemed like we were more of a burden on her. I wasn’t a fan of the green beans and told her that, and barely ate any of them, but they were still left on our bill. The fried rice I used to love, but the downtown location was not as flavorful. This was one of my main spots coming to Austin, but not anymore.

Eating the soup dumplings here always feels like a warm home cooked meal! My husband and i have been here several times and the food is always delicious and consistent!

We went for Happy Hour, around 5pm. It was really quiet. Sat at the round table at the end of the bar. The service was very attentive. We ordered only from the HH menu, except for the Old Fashioned that my husband ordered. The house red wine was decent. The best dishes we had were the chicken fried rice and hot/sour soup. The Sichuan fried chicken was on the chewy side but had very good flavor. The cucumber salad could use a bit more salt and maybe cut smaller. The wontons were very small and the wrapper tasted a bit undercooked. They were swimming in a very large bowl of broth (not sure if it was meant to be consumed as no spoon was offered). Overall, a good deal for happy hour.

Seated on time for reservation, great service, food was so delicious, one of our beers never came so we ended up canceling order but overall it was a fantastic dinner

We order 2 G&T and got straight Gin, we order seafood dumplings, and the filling was just a mass of something that had had no semblance of seafood. We ordered Crispy Snapper and got some other snapper dish. The wines were sub-par. For $21 a glass I think boxed wine would have been a better choice. We could not even finish the wine it was that bad. We asked for the check, and we were charged for the plate we did not order. This was corrected once we mentioned it, but we should not have had to do it.

Took my boyfriend before a concert. It was his first time in and I hadn’t been in a year or so. The food was not as good as it had been in years past. I was very disappointed with the Szechuan fried chicken. The meat was awful- tough and stringy. Almost inedible. The dumplings were not very good either. Some greasy and some dry. Very disappointing.
