For 4pm room reservations, there is no minimum spend to reserve the room; however, there is a maximum of 2 hours 45 minutes for use of the room. For 7pm room reservations, we require a minimum of $200 on Sun-Wed and $400 on Thur-Sat restaurant/bar tab spend; however, there is no time limit on the use of the room.

    Party of 7- 15| Book an exclusive dine in experience in our biggest private room at WorkPlay. A cozy spot with spacious couches to give our guests a comfortable party space with Instagram- worthy interior. For 4pm room reservations, there is no minimum spend to reserve the room; however, there is a maximum of 2 hours 45 minutes for use of the room. For 7pm room reservations, we require a minimum of $200 on Sunday-Wednesday and $400 on Thursday-Saturday restaurant/bar tab spend; however, there is no time limit on the use of the room.

    I didn’t get to experience the drag show as they were very late to get on stage and we had to leave. It seems like a great venue for live music but the stage area is just slightly run down and we were seated next to a cluttered mess. All the effort in esthetics is focused in the private rooms which were really clean and had a good vibe. I would opt for a private room with a big group in the future. We also love Mexican food which was part of the draw coming in. The menu is mostly tacos (yay!) and the tacos were tasty but just a tad greasy and runny for our liking. Service was outstanding though. Not the best place for date night but I’m guessing a great place for Girls Night Out or a rambunctious Group Night. Good concept overall.

    Had the best time for my birthday with friends !!! We got the whiskey room and there was about 13 of us and we fit perfectly. It was karaoke night on Monday so it was busy and we got to sing in front of the audience. Good food , drinks and vibes !

    Very cool place. I sat on the patio. Would have happily grazed on chips and salsa all night, excellent balance of smoky and spice. Steak tacos were yummy. Classic mojito and PTO didn't disappoint - really good drinks. TV's showing the musical performance on stage, very good sound system. Servers were attentive and courteous. One got on stage and performed - top talent! Great for solo, first date, or group if you're looking for live music. Typical Hawaii parking situation, but well worth it. Planning my next visit.

    This is a hidden gem. Went for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better time there ! My server was amazing, all the staff wished me a happy birthday, and it seemed like a big happy family

    Our group of six, one could not attend at the last moment due to a dental emergency, had a great time. Great music, good cigars, good food, good spirits and great service. What more could you ask for?

    Server was slow and paid no attention to what I wanted to order and left before I could even finish my sentence. Since when did smoking in bars come back? Other than that food and drinks were good.

    Manager graciously assisted accommodating a large group. The performers are the best! Delicious tacos great margaritas! Great performance by Mycle Wastman, Jason Gay, Jared Ming, Ethan Capone and band!

    I love WorkPlayHi! Sunday we went from the drag show that was advertised for 6pm. Me and my friends got there at 6pm were sat down and waited 15-20 mins for our server who was actually really rude and dismissive. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other even sitting a such a small table. We waiting until 7pm to ask about the drag show and our server said it doesn’t start until 8pm. By that time the place had cleared out and no one was there to watch the show, honestly such a bust and it was really disappointing because I was excited to take my friend there since she had never been and she ended up having a horrible time.

    I love WorkPlay because it has such a great vibe and friendly people. The live music is the best!! Some bands are better than others of course so sometimes there’s dancing and sometimes not. The decor of the place and having two separate areas are also huge bonuses that you can really go from a quiet casual dinner to a club like atmosphere. Be aware there’s only street parking so Uber in or wear comfy shoes :)

    Workplay has a great upbeat party vibe. We ordered tacos and ceviche. Neither were outstanding. Just meh. Not a place for foodies.

    Had a wonderful evening celebrating my wife's Birthday. Lovely atmosphere, excellent food, excellent service from Christian, great drinks and, at the end of it all, a reasonable check. We will definitely do it again.

    My husband & I were impressed with the service, the food & the atmosphere from the moment we walked in. My husband had the WorkPlay burrito. We moved here 27 years ago from San Diego; he said he’s been waiting 27 years to have a burrito that tastes like that. Respect to the Kitchen Manager & cook, who came out to allow my husband to thank him in person. We had to leave before the live entertainment started, but are already planning a get together with our friends AND plan to celebrate my husband’s birthday in one of the cool rooms you can reserve.

    We really enjoyed our evening here. The live music was good, and the volume was just right. The service was so friendly, and the drinks were tasty. The night we went they had a solo artist, followed by the band, Elevations. My favorite drink there is called, “Rhythm and Blues.”

    The place has a really cool vibe but we sat waiting for a server to acknowledge us for a good 15min we had to go to the host stand to get them to send someone. The place was quiet when we arrived and we were a table of ten. I myself am a restaurateur so I couldn’t understand why the service was so slow when there was only about 20 other customers? After our initial order of food and drinks we had to hunt down the server to reorder every single time. We probably would have had a couple more rounds of drinks if he had have been on it. He would have made more money for the restaurant and himself in tips. He was pleasant enough just not very attentive. The food was fine, nothing super special but very tasty. The cocktails were ok and reasonably priced. We had a good time but I wouldn’t rush back there.
