   1st time here for brunch and found out they are closing in 2 days for good. The space itself is amazing - restored 1881 carousel rotates as advertised, though we got a table with a carousel horse that moved up and down above us. Food was very good, service was very slow. I think due to closing, there were only 2 servers and kitchen staff must have been reduced, but the place was packed. Was worth the wait- the beingets were unexpectedly awesome and perfect to share. Drink menu was tasty, steak and eggs and the short rib hash were very good. Christian did a great job serving considering they were so busy. Would have liked to come back and sit at the bar- too bad they are closing shop on 23June 2024.

   What a special place this is! My husband and I went for dinner last night for a little celebration and a date night. We ordered the gnocchi to share and the cheese platter. Everything was beautiful and full of so many interesting flavors. i got 2 cocktails that I was not overly excited about but they were “ok”. For desert we got the sundae and a bowl of very tasty little beignets with fresh lemon curd. Im still drooling just thinking about it all. Our server was attentive and sweet. Decor obviously was done by someone who really put their heart and soul into making a special space. The ambience was excellent but keep in mind airplanes fly right over on their approach to SD Airport so you will be pausing your conversations for them :)

   Amazing food and drinks! The decor is incredible. Seeing the planes flyby going to the airport was an awesome experience! They rumbled the restaurant as they went by. This is a must see place to go to!

   Came down from Orange County to spend my birthday at Wolfie’s. Love the Royal Burger and Fries as well as the libations!

    Came for brunch on Sunday morning. I think you could easily show up without a reservation right when they open and have no problem being seated. Food and drinks were ok, but the decor was really nice and service was good. They are near the airport, so if the windows are open you can hear planes go by and it's super loud. Overall good to experience once, but I don't think I would be back, unless just to have a drink at the bar.
